I called Paul recently as my Mothers home was listed with another realtor and had very few showing. I asked Paul to list the property for me and he was quickly on top of things with his marketing strategy. Once he had the brokers open. that was it! We had an excellent offer in a few short days. Paul responded to every text and call I made quickly. This was very important to me because I do not live in the area. Communication was excellent. Thank you Paul! Highly recommend!

I feel so lucky to have Paul Burrows as my real estate agent!! He took great care of me from the start—patiently driving me around all over Santa Cruz county, introducing me to different areas and explaining the pros and cons. He helped guide me in making good choices about houses (tactfully pointing out when I was being more hopeful than realistic about the possibilities of a “fixer”, for example, and saving me from making a big mistake!) When we found the right house, he did an outstanding job of representing me—making sure I got a great value for a house I now live in and love! The whole process was so much less frustrating than it might have been (home-buying can be exasperating, especially in such a crazy market) because of Paul’s excellent guidance. I would recommend him without qualification to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Santa Cruz area.

This was our second experience working with Paul to purchase a home. Even though we found our perfect home outside of Santa Cruz county, Paul and his associate Chelsea were with us every step of the way. In this extremely competitive, low inventory buyers market, Paul got us in under asking with a seller credit for repairs with our first offer. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life & it is important to choose an experienced realtor. I am so thankful we had Paul as ours!
