Redwood Pipe & Drain was FAST to respond and investigate the problem, I had an estimate for pipeline replacement a few hours later, and the work was done the next day. Communication was excellent and the repair team was fast, friendly, and professional.

The dispatch representative was knowledgeable and friendly. She got me on their schedule for a hot water heater replacement right away and in the timeframe that I requested.The two techs that came to install the new unit were on time, friendly and accommodating. Five out of five stars!.Thanks,Pete

Redwood Pipe and Drain is downright pro. On time, amazing communication, great explanations of the service prior to starting, nice staff, charged what they bid, cleaned up everything like they were never there, flexible with different payment methods and timeframes if needed, showed us how to use the system and followed up after the job was done. Highly recommended.

Redwood Pipe & Drain is the best plumbing resource in Santa Cruz. Over the years, we’ve had a full house re-pipe and sewer, new on-demand water heater, some gas line work and a whole-house filter installed by them. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them on the water heater and filter. Always prompt, professional and friendly service. 5 stars 100%

From the first email I sent through every text phone and live conversation, I have been thoroughly impressed and very happy with everyone at Redwood Pipe and Drain. We have 30 year old pipes that were originally installed in a very screwy mountainy kind of way. For 30 years we have sufferred miltiple problems with the water system. Finally a disasterous Water Heater event pushed us to the limit. Mike and his team at Redwood Pipe and Drain will be repiping the entire house and all the way back to the well pump for us. I have complete confidence in their abilities. And they are going the extra mile to set up temporary water work around so we can use one of the bathrooms while they work. Ill follow up on this post once the whole job is done. In the meantime, I feel mush less stressed about the wtare disaster and happy the fix is in their hands.

Great experience with these folks. From the time Brittni picks up the phone to the time the work is performed, the customer service is first rate. Their folks are timely, responsive and do good work. Finding good contractors is a challenge, but based on my experience these folks set themselves apart in terms of customer service and quality. Glad to have found them.

We needed new waste and pressure lines for our 80 year old home. From the first phone call I felt comfortable and confident with the staff at Redwood Pipe and drain. Surprisingly that comfort and confidence increased as the project proceed. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work large or small!
