Before I moved to Palm Springs early in 2018 I did great research in trying to find a mail service business so that I could have an address to receive my mail at. I did not want my physical address to be known by many because of who I am. I chose Postal Palm Springs. I knew from my first visit that I had made a wise decision. Mike, the manager, and his staff need to give some other businesses in Palm Springs lessons in what good customer service is. I love these people because they are always very pleasant and willing to help. They go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. If they are not able to help you, due to restrictions, they will point you in the right direction. They offer many great services but you have to remember they dont do every single thing that a regular U.S. Post Office can. They come pretty close though. Mike and his staff are AAA+++ in my book.
