THE LAST TIME I WAS HERE IT WAS HORRIBLE.I thought to give them another chance.Went back today, first thing in the morning.Lesson learned.Go across the street to Staples!The girls are nice & printing color copy turn around is not 5pm🤣To top it off, the sassy guy at the register tells me “you should emailed it sooner” I had to walk away.

Great customer service, and very helpful! Specially the Manager and Fernie I have been going there for years and they never disappoint,I usually get an email and the work is done immediately! Best FedEx in the desert

Its not the fault of this specific location but more of a rant about printing technology. FedEx replaced a large format toner printer with an ink jet type and it is clearly inferior. Bands showing up all in the black areas, and dont let any moisture touch the print because it will bleed. Bring back the toner! Really tied the room together man.

The woman working the shipping counter at 10:30 AM on Friday 9/23 happily helped the 60-something blonde, white alcoholic complaining about another mailbox store not signing for her case of wine while I held a package for five minutes that could just be dropped off and scanned. Thank you to the man who stopped sweeping to help me. The lady at the counter should get a reality check about what the woman she was “helping” thinks about helpers.

As a 71 year old not particularly proficient with printing from an android phone email, I had the good fortune again of having Fernie to assist at Store number 2249 location PSPKK on Ramon Road in Palm Springs, his patience and efficiency was nothing short of stellar. I’m always delighted when I’m called to counter by Fernie, I know I’ll complete task and leave satisfied and grateful.

Went to FedEx Kinkos for a quick print job on Sat 1/26. Tried to use the self-service, but the machine wasn’t cooperating. Carla came to our assistance. She said they had a large print job running, but if we could wait 5 min she could help us—which she did. I greatly appreciated her service and patience with us.

Super friendly and attentive service! Very clean store. Adhering to social distancing and mask safety measures. Limiting customers to 20 in store. Very convenient location. Easy to find and great parking nearby lots of good food options! Check them out for your printing and shipping needs!

This store is miserably understaffed. In my case I was told I’d get callback later im the day which I never got. Called today and repeatedly got put on hold and their equipment couldn’t even print out the photos on a camera sim card.During lunch hour yesterday one older man was trying to handle the whole store by himself with people waiting. Hire more staff youcheapskates!

These guys rock! I had a complex issue with Fed-Ex regarding a large package I shipped from a DIFFERENT Fed-Ex shipping store. Somehow my package arrived at this Fed-Ex Print And Ship store(hence the problem). The mix up with Fed-Ex had NOTHING to do with this store yet when Fed-Ex corp and all other entities involved told me to take a hike, Eric and staff at this store stepped up and resolved my shipping issue and now my package is on its way to the correct recipient. *Thats* customer service. First class service all the way. Thanks again!

Showed up at 8am and asked for a whopping 2 photos to be printed. Was working on my partners 60th birthday present. The asshat behind the counter told me I had to wait 8 hours because he was so busy. Went across the street to Staples. The guy there did them within minutes, in spite of ALSO working multiple jobs!

Taylor didn’t have my 4 prints that were submitted before opening today . Gave me a song and dance about having it printed an hour later because I wanted heavier card stock .UNHEARD OF ! I’ve been to this place for over 4 years and never had such smitten incompetence . REBECCA you need to do a better job managing your staff ! The other person there seemed to agree with me regarding the lack of service !

If I could I would give an even lower rating for the customer service. I sent over a page that was in need of a total of 4 corrections / words changed. Very minor corrections. I spoke to someone on the phone and was quoted $25 and a 24 hr turn around. Later I received an email with an updated quote of $50 !!!!! Honestly, there is only four words that need to be changed on this entire page . I called and spoke to someone named Bernie or something like that, and when I asked him to explain why the document I needed 4 words changed on bumped up to $50.00 when I was quoted $25 on the phone ???? His explanation was pointless and obviously something that is done on a regular basis. A bait and switch type of scenario. I then asked to speak with the manager whos name was Johnathon. Basically he just brushed me off and could of cared less about my complaint. I think I have only written about 3 reviews in my life. I only write a bad review when I think its really bad. Dropped by middle of store open hours, I even checked the hours labeled on the door, but found out every door was locked but when I looked inside there was an employee, young blonde white guy, I tried getting his attention but he never even looked up at me. It says you’re open and you’re not. Terrible.

Sent me to customer assistance and I drove to this location where she mentioned going to another location that was still open (in her words) that closed the same time her shop did. I was already on hold with customer assistance 30 minutes before calling this shop where she transfered me tcustomer assistance yet again.

Have dropped off multiple times in the past before 1630 in the past and always told I was fine. I dropped an overnight just after 1615 yesterday and it didnt make it. So much for customer service.

Cody from FedEx on Ramon in Palm Springs is extremely helpful. We went in today to ship a very large, fragile item out of state. Cody answered all of our questions, made some phone calls on our behalf, and was truly a gem in our shipping experience. He arranged packaging, cost and freight within minutes for us and was polite and professional along the way.I will use this FedEx office for all of my shipping and mailing needs. Thank you Cody!

Hires overseas cheap labor. package never arrived. They put blame on seller for getting cheap shipping. Hands packages off to usps. Fedex does not allow complaints over the phone. I smell corruption.

This so called manager named Dan just Dan could not ship out my broken equipment in my brand new boxes and with enough filling for BROKEN equipment I told him I didnt want to buy his boxes and filling and after asking why my boxes were not good enough he said because his judgement says they were not suitable I refused to buy hiS boxes and got my equipment back he would not give me his last name he was just DAN poor dude going to grow up to be a grade a w/e not going there ever again Dan!

I had to print out some docs so I went here. I was disappointed to see the the computer screen was dirty it obviously doesn’t get cleaned. I’ve tried asking for help during the i was there but was totally ignored by the employees.
