I went to this location in the Amado Center today, 03.25.24. There were two agents on duty. One was helping another customer, the other guy said hed be right with me and he was, in about ten seconds. He asked me politely how he could help me? I replied that I had a QR code on my phone to ship the box I brought in. He scanned the code, placed a label on the box and gave me a receipt with a smile and bid me a good day. The entire experience took less than a minute. I could not have been more pleased unless hed handed me ten bucks for walking in the door. Im kidding about that part, of course but, really I dont know how the experience could have been more pleasant. I give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ stars and will recommend them to anyone who needs to ship with UPS. Especially if its an item that cant simply be dropped off at a collection point. Really top notch service!!I know people have good days and bad days. I cant resist saying that some of the bad days could be avoided if the customer would treat the agent the way theyd want to be treated.

Paid $70 for 3lb small package for 2 day air. Arrives 4 days later. Ask for compensation which I was told I would get by the ups rep if it didn’t arrive in time. Went back to store for my promised refund. Other ups rep acted all annoyed that I would dare ask. But he puts it into the system to “request” a refund, said they’d be contacting me. Crickets after several days. Use USPS or fedex instead.

Staff were kind and I was helped shortly after arriving. Location is very convenient. I cant give a five star review because I had a package shipped to Palm Springs and held here for pick up. When I chose that option, I was not informed of the $25 per day fee for picking up a package at this store if you are not a mailbox holder. Thankfully, I picked it up the day it was delivered but was very unpleasantly surprised by having to pay $25 and felt that it is exorbitant to charge this (without disclosing it upfront) just for a medium sized box to sit on a shelf for a few hours. Charging this for packages that sit for more than 3 days would probably be reasonable but otherwise it is not. If this is noted on the website, it was not apparent or easy to find.We also had artwork shipped from here and it was packaged well. However, they use traditional styrofoam which is disappointing when there are other environmentally friendly options.

Horrible service …. Spent $165 to have a package sent yesterday and insured. Explicitly asked if it could be marked no signature required for delivery. Was told yes. This morning notification sent from ups signature required at delivery. Also said label created but not yet shipped. Called the store and asked if it could be changed. Was told, “no idea who helped you but nothing we can do about it now.” I work so am unable to sign for the package at home.. If insured packages require a signature that should have been explained to me

Great service never have to wait longer than 3 to 4 min. Supper friendly and my dog loves the UPS family at this store she feels the PRIDE VIBE of P.S. from the great workers at this store. Thank you for all of your fabulous service you provide.

Came here today to do a live scan. Gentlemen at the desk says the female who performs the live scan stepped away, will be back in 15 minutes, and to stand near the podium. Note that after 15 minutes there was a female who started working with packages in the back and I had an intuition that that was the person who performed the service. After numerous customers walk through and 20 minutes later, no assistance, no staff to perform the scan, so I stand back in line. I hear one of the guys tell that female staff that theres a live scan. She then tells me shell be right with me. Staff was pleasant, but communication could improve.UPS should make that service as appointments only to avoid inconvenience.

Poor attitude. I suspect they are busy with the holidays and when I came in for a notary service, I got the strong impression they were not happy to be doing this today and made it obvious. And to close out the transaction, I never got a thank you from them. They should appreciate all customers.

We had a live scan scheduled through their website just to drive 30 mins and them tell us the livescan tech wasn’t there today.Should close out the schedule!
