STAY AWAY from this branch. In the past few months they have had a huge turn over and no manager. Every day I seem to get different reasons why something has gone wrong, yet when I have followed up with their 800 number I get a different story. I will be changing banks as soon as all my outstanding payments come through. Ive been understanding for month, MONTHS. No more.

Terrible. Manager says she has no authority. No one could help me. I was charged $185.00 assorted fees and penalties. I was a good long time customer. Got it back because I filed complaint with Consumer Protection Agency. I had 3 accounts there. Changed to another bank. When the manager there overheard me talking to the new accounts person, he personally welcomed me and said he has authority and please come to him for anything. Never had a problem since.

Terrible horrible. This is the best I can say. I have a home loan with Rabo for over 5 years never late. I paid for a LOC $200 a year for 4 years. Just started to use it in march. The statements were wrong the amount owed was wrong and I keep getting last fees and an increase in my rate EVERY month. I have called the office and they dont care at all, told me to call the 800 number. The 800 number tells me to call office, the 800 number cannot tell me how much I owe or why they are jacking my rate. This is absolutely the worst. They treat me this way and I have close to $750,000 in home loans, never late mind you, how are they going to treat people get getting on their feet. HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT

Love the staff and facilities! They’ve been wonderful and I’ve appreciated their professionalism. My moms Trust was there and they were so wonderful. Then when my bank wouldn’t fix several problems that they created in my account - moved all my banking to PS Rabobank. Loved it ever since.

Love this bank love this location it looks great and very modern its all that and a bag of chips literally they give out little bags of chips and candy and employees go above and beyond to help .. the customer service is impressive...
