The front desk service lady had a very poor attitude, while I wanted to ask couple questions regarding to my bill. She told me that they won’t serve the business account there. (I guess I have mentioned that I terminated my account)’. There shouldn’t be distinguished the service for residential or business there. I’ve been there and served couple months ago with no problem. They just want to get rid of me because I’m no longer their customer anymore. This is a bad reputations company to their customers.

Their customer service is AWFUL. Don’t waste your time and or money. Definitely other places around the desert with way better customer service. I’m not lucky to buy a battery, your lucky to still be in business with the doors locked in the middle of the business day and a trash attitude.
