Had a bad experience on this site.The host didn’t even put my name on the waitlist wasted over half hour.Got there about 2:05 in the afternoon to pick up my internet device as a new customer. I lined up in the line and the host (the picture below shows) . After I told my name, the host said “have a seat, and you will be called soon.”I followed him had a seat. I waited there about 20 minutes, and noticed other customers came after me were served and left already.I waited 10 more minutes, and still not my turn.Then I turned to one of the representatives ask when is my turn.He asked my name and told me my name is not in the waiting list.I turned to the host asked about this, he said the next one will be me.And then about another 3 minutes waiting time, the representative close to the host waved hand to me. I asked him is it my turn now,he said yes. I asked him my name and told a wrong name.Then he picked the device to me, just 2 minutes.They wasted me over 40 minutes on it.Which make me angry is the host by whatever reason didn’t put my name on the waiting list.When I questioned him, he lied. Later his coworker lied again to round his lies.

Horrible customer service. Had more help with their AI help than with a live person. They were rude and short. Made me feel like I was stupid and didnt know what I wanted. All I wanted was to ADD tv channels! Wish you could rate negative stars!

It’s zero security. Someone applied for a service under my name and I got charged for service I have never applied for. I’ve been in a hassle with customer service for several weeks and no one could help. Worst experience ever.

Helpful and well organized, but you may have to wait half an hour. They have comfortable seating. Bring something to read.

Pure incompetency! I came in to get a new phone, my goal was clear and simple. Because I used my nickname instead of my LEGAL government name in my account, they couldnt help.Mind you, the last name was exactly the same, and not like I used some strange street name, it was a shorter americanzied version of my name.When I went to a different Xfinity store this was not a problem btw.I stormed off, went to a nearby T Mobile store, ported my number and got a new phone there and then. Congrats on losing a customer!

Once your Xfinity promotional rate ends, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY because they will double your monthly rate. If you try their customer service online chat or phone call, they will happily waste your time because that’s literally what they were told to do, as confirmed by a friend who happens to be an ex employee. Return your device to the store is MUCH QUICKER.

Staff lie and try to trick you. Wouldn’t sell me prepaid service which they said doesn’t exist even though it was on the shelf! Then they tried to double charge me for it. Ordered online instead. Avoid.

The front desk guy is very rude just ask few simple questions and he was rude no professional don’t know how to talk to customers they really need to work on customer service when someone ask something
