Los Altos Clickaway is a fantastic service business. I use them for phone and laptop repair, and they are fantastic. Best I have dealt with. Staff is mannerly and responsive and professional, and they either fix the problem or tell you the truth--your computer is no longer serviceable because it would cost too much to fix it relative to a new one.

It really pays to do business with a company that is family owned.If you are thinking of getting new or replacement window treatments, I would strongly recommend Rebarts. Bart is extremely helpful and personable when evaluating your needs. There is customer service is remarkable. I had a problem with my electric blind opener. I was able to contact my installer, Jesus, who patiently walked me through the sequence to restart my remote. Rather than having to endure a service call, my problem was solved by a 10 minute phone call. Jesus made sure that my problem was solved before getting off the phone. This a company that really believes in customer service.
