The specific Clickaway site I cherish is Los Altos (I was quite unhappy with the Sunnyvale site). The Los Altos site offers EXPERT service by very pleasant and skilled individuals, at an affordable price. I especially like their Gold Software plan @ $199/yr. which offers computer check-up and service every 3 months. They are always willing to show me something about my computer about which I was not previously aware....perhaps a shortcut, etc. Ive referred may friends to them, and the friends are equally delighted.

Finally, I have found Dwight responsive and the Insurance quoted prices are competitive. I have my Homeowner, Auto, Umbrella Policy, Personal Property, Medicare Supplement, and my wife’s Personal Property policies with Dwight. This provides me a discount as I have multiple policies with Dwight. He is worth considering.

Bicycle Outfitters is my go-to local bike shop. David Miller helped me configure a new Trek Project One Domane bike; he knows a LOT about bikes. Because Project One bikes are customizable, his detailed knowledge of the choices helped.When the bike came, Chris performed a complete bike fit. (He also made quick adjustments to my old bike; what a good difference those made too!) A detailed bike fit makes all the difference.Another fellow in the shop is an expert in Garmin bike systems. He configured my Garmin to work with my Shimano DI2 shifters, Bontrager light, etc..Bike tech has evolved a lot since I got my old Trek Domane from Bicycle Outfitters 10 years and 50,000 miles ago. Getting a new bike with just the right parts, integrated with my bike computer, adjusted just right, and with good support is a great experience.A Trek error delayed the bike, so David Miller worked with Trek to sweeten the delay. Their customer service is A1!
