Being a new practice owner it has been a challenge to manage the many aspects of running a business. Website design and management along with SEO is not in my wheelhouse as a medical professional. Along came Patient Gain to the rescue. Working with the team, specifically Ashleigh and Roz, has really allowed me to focus on what I love and that is providing top notch patient care. They are there to answer every question and fulfill each request I have at the drop of a hat. Their team has taken so much of the stress out of my daily routine. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service. I really feel that they are a part of my team at Primary Prevention Center. I have been working with Patient Gain for a few months now and have been very pleased with their services. From the start they have demonstrated unmatched responsiveness in answering our questions and helping us with any issues that have arisen along the way to going live with our new website. We have been very needy as a clinic and expect a lot out of the service. They have been patient with our many questions and have sought to improve when we’ve offered feedback to their team. We’ve been working with Chloe, Shaz and Jennifer and all three have been so helpful. Patient Gain has been such a pleasure to work with. As a private practice, navigating the marketing aspects of the business is challenging, time consuming, and expensive. Our team at Patient Gain does an outstanding job - Engaging, supportive, easy to reach, and fun to work with! The online portal used for incoming leads gives you a very clear picture of how effective your marketing is working. They provide feedback as they constantly monitor your practice and suggest different ways to help generate more traffic. Breath of fresh air after leaving another marketing company. I love the monthly check ups, fast responses. Its only been two months and our SEO is much improved as well as our Google rankings. Having the phones ring after dead silence for months opening a new business is amazing for us. Highly recommend!

Love this company they do such a great job with my practice. If there’s some thing I need changed or added to my website, they take care of it within hours. They are taking a lot of the stress out of website managing and SEO and we are ranked pretty high now!

I engaged Patient Gain for my SEO and website development needs, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. They provided a templated website identical to those of their other clients. While they did rank my practice, Golden Rose MedSpa, highly for golden rose and golden rose medspa, this was unsurprising as it was merely the name of my practice.After 18 months, my practice was not ranking for any of the major services I offer. When I raised this concern with the owner via Zoom, his response was dismissive and unprofessional: then if you dont like it stop working with us.The most troubling aspect is that after paying $999 per month for a year and a half, they are now demanding $7,000 to release my website. I decided to look elsewhere to create a new website that better represents my brand. However, they are now accusing me of copyright infringement for using common industry terms like vitamin B12, fat burners, chemical peels, IV therapy, Morpheus8, and Botox, which are universally used in the medical spa industry.The entire experience has been frustrating and unethical. I would not recommend Patient Gain to any business looking for reliable and professional SEO or website development services.

Patient Gain has been instrumental in helping me start my private practice. They have created a beautiful website and have helped guide me through every step of the process. I had 90 patient appointment requests through the website before I even opened my doors. I would highly recommend this company, as they are efficient, professional, and talented at web design, and are always available to answer my questions and provide thoughtful solutions.

Avoid any dealings with this company at all costs! Our experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. They shamelessly held our domain hostage and brazenly attempted to extort a staggering $7,000 from us for its release. Their deceptive tactics are matched only by their silver-tongued promises, which ultimately proved to be empty and overblown. When we dared to question their actions, they resorted to holding our social media accounts and website hostage as well. This companys unethical behavior and lack of integrity are truly alarming, and I implore anyone considering business with them to steer clear for their own peace of mind.
