It was nice experience previously but not the recent one. I went there with Amazon return (printed label on a box) and the clerk told me she cannot provide me with a receipt - I can either give it to her without a receipt (!!!) or can go to UPS customer service in Sunnyvale (20 min drive). Moreover, she said they may also not give me a receipt.Her explanations why it’s like that I was not able to understand. She is a nice Indian person but it’s a challenge to understand half of what she was saying.I ended up contacting Amazon and they changed a return location to Whole Foods.

I ship returns here all the time. Open 7 days a week - friendly and patient employees. Special shout-out to Sudha for keeping her head with a rude (and seemingly racist) customer. My husband and I were there for a passport photo appointment and a man came in “in a hurry” to get a package mailed. He seemed irritated that she was already helping us and coerced another employee over to help him. When gently told he had an incorrect delivery address and that they recommended he change it as suggested by their system so it would be delivered properly, he became irate (“look at me when I’m talking to you” “do you understand English?”) and then looked meaningfully at us for what seemed to be a request for white solidarity. Once he stormed out, we apologized to her and the other employee and commended them for staying so professional. Plus, our passport photos were done with meticulous care. Highly recommend this UPS store.

This UPS team has always been a great help whether its sending packages or getting documents notarized. In addition, we rented a physical mailbox there for nearly 5 years and were very pleased with the service received. I highly recommend UPS store 6289.

I very much appreciate having such a reliable shipping service so close to my home. Sudha is very patient with her customers and is extremely knowledgeable about the various methods of shipping and will help you figure out what makes the most sense. She is also a notary and is always willing to help out even if you forget to make an appointment. Great local business!

This UPS Store at the Rancho Shopping Center is great! The owner is so nice and helpful. Do all my business shipping with them and have never had any issues. I use it all the time and highly recommend them!.

Paspport photo snapped by them in january was not accepted at US consulate at Delhi India.I had a panic attack, would have led to a visa appointment rebooking, which would have meant stranded for days, as at that time, visa appointment dates would not be available for weeks/months.Luckily, consulate people allowed, if u can come back with a photo according to requirements, back before consulate closes at 5 pm, your appointment is still valid. Luckily there was a photo booth nearby.whew

Sudha went above and beyond to help me with a custom crated shipment of sensitive electronic equipment during the busy holiday season. I called several other UPS stores in the area and Sudha was the only one who was able to help. Excellent service and communication, highly recommended.

Ive been coming to this location for many years now, and I always receive excellent customer service. I mostly use their shipping, notary and shredding services, and Ive never had any issues. This is a smaller store so it feels more personal. Thank you Sudha and your team.

We have been using this UPS store since January 2020. We have a mailbox here, and ship/receive packages on a regular basis.The staff are ALWAYS friendly and courteous; weve never had a bad experience. Even through the Covid fiasco, theyve always been working both cheerfully and tirelessly.I am a business owner, and I know how difficult it can be to run a shop. Kudos to my UPS store associates! For those that left bad reviews, I can only say that perhaps they were the ones with bad attitudes.Bonnie

I have brought bags and bags of things for Sudha to pack and ship all across the country. Everything (even antique glass Christmas ornaments) arrived safely. Last week I was getting burnt out and accidently gave Sudha things that should not have been included in the box. She held the box for me, then helped me unpack, remove and repack everything. It was annoying and tedious (for me!) but she did it all with patience. Shes wonderful!

This store imposes a per package fee for package pick ups. It’s $7 to $10 per package. Keep that in mind when redirecting packages sent to your home when you aren’t able to sign/receive them there.

Made a reservation of notary service for 9:00am. When my wife and I were there, the staff said they dont do notary now. He made a call and told me the notary public will be there at 1:15pm. Wasted my and my wifes time.

Dont ship artwork!!! My instructions regarding delivery were ignored--they were not written on the box or conveyed to the delivery driver despite assurances at the store, putting artwork at risk of damage from being dumped in an open driveway during rainy season instead of on the porch, as directed. The packaging was shoddy, including shipping tape put directly onto picture frames without concern for the effects of tape on wood and gilding. I paid $300 for this service and UPS has told me they have no control over UPS Store franchisees--you, the customer, are on your own, even though you think you are getting UPS service. A UPS Store is not UPS. In this case, both the store and UPS failed to meet reasonable expectations.

This store charges you to print the shipping label if you haven’t done so at home. Not all UPS stores do this. The charges are nontrivial.

Just had a very good experience there today. Very helpful. Love that they accept DirecTV cable box returns at no cost to me. Also got help on some other things. Convenient location, for me at least, at Rancho. Will be going back.
