Pediatric Dentistry of Los Altos is fantastic! The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and they always find a way to fit us in, even with our crazy schedules. My kid loves the play area – it keeps him happily entertained while we wait. Highly recommend!

My kids love coming to Dr. Cindy! Dr. Cindy and her team always take good care of my kids and my kids have never had any pain or issues. They have a very comfortable office with a movie and headphones for each chair to keep the kids entertained. Dr. Cindy and her team are very attentive and always explain everything thats going in with the kids dental health.

The 5 stars is SO well-earned. While we did have to wait about 20 minutes past our appointment time, once we got to the back we realized why. They are so patient with their little clientele - they dont rush the kids through and they treat each person with respect. I fully expected my 2 year old and 4 year old to wail through the appointment, but the dental hygienists were super patient, very kid-friendly and professional. My kids both sat through a full cleaning!! This is fully due to the hygienists and their kid-friendly system (which they have down to a science).Dr. Yee is excellent! She has the same super friendly, open and professional attitude as the rest of her staff. Just really nice and also very supportive of including the parents in the treatment plan. I love that she gave us some options. As a parent, she also passed the gut check. We are happy to entrust the care of our kids dental health to Dr. Yee and her wonderful staff.

My 2 year old daughter had her first time dental visit in Dr. Cindys office on this Monday morning. It was a wonderful first time experience. Everything went smoothly. She normally would cry at the doctors visit. However, this time she felt very comfortable, so no cries at all but only smiles. Natalie did an amazing job. She was so patient and nice, explained every step to us, and introduced each instrument to my daughter in the way she can understand before the cleaning. Dr. Cindy is very friendly. She warmly greeted us, examined my daughters teeth, and gave us some good advices. The office is nicely decorated and organized. My daughter has a smile on her first visit picture and brought two toys back home. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit and look forward to going back.

Dr. Cindy Yee and her colleagues have a fantastic practice with a thoroughly professional, respectful, calm, fun and upbeat atmosphere that make it a place my 8 and 10 year old kids enjoy coming to even though its to receive dental work. The office has had a seamless transition since legendary Dr Kelly retired, and the entire staff are engaging and welcoming. After 5+ years I have only wonderful things to say about Pediatric Dentistry of Los Altos. Its so relieving that a trip to the dentist isnt arduous for me and my kids. The professional advice regarding dental work plans, timing and costs etc is also handled very well.My kids needed fillings and extractions for orthodontics, all done with skill and comfort by Dr. Cindy. Both kids never complained during the procedures, and the fillings were beautifully done. They said the extractions didnt even hurt. Even Im not that brave in the dental office. That tells me what a competent and experienced dentist Dr. Cindy is, and her staff are grade A too. Im going to send my future grandchildren here too.Absolutely recommend to all!!

My kids always have the best dental visits with Dr. Cindy and her fantastic crew. They take the time to answer all of my questions, and they make my kids feel super comfortable. Our children have had fillings done here, and the procedures are so smooth. Theyre not scared about the numbing part and the office team always shows me the fillings when theyre all done. I have to say, the before and after views of the teeth are incredible. The fillings are beautiful. Cant even tell that theyre on the teeth.The front staff are also friendly and professional. They get us in and out efficiently. We cant ask for a better pediatric dental office. Id definitely recommend my friends and family to Dr. Cindys super fun and comfortable office!

Absolutely awesome dentist!! My 7yr old has been taken care of here for years now. His 5 year old sister also. All the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Both kids are enthusiastic to come here and are never nervous or upset.Weve had most of the usual procedures done. Xrays, cleaning, cavity filling even a couple of extractions. It is always a pleasure to sit and watch the rapport of the staff with the kids. I am completely confident whenever my kids are here.The location is good, facility is clean, pleasant and uplifting. There is upbeat music and a fun atmosphere in the main rooms. The equipment is modern and the overhead movies and wireless headphones are a great touch also!The quality of the procedures and work is outstanding. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Yee and her staff. I wish my own dentist was as good as they are here !!You can stop your search now if you are looking for a dentist for your kids. Just call them and make that appointment!

Probably the best pediatric dentist in the world! Our six year old boys LOVED their dental experience! The nurses are super friendly and patient, explained every tool and its usages to the boys. Dr Cindy is very gentle and looks after the kids. We had an amazing experience here and would like to recommend to everyone.

Both my kids have come here since they were toddlers (and now theyre almost teenagers!) It is a fun, bright-lit, spotless, wonderful place that is professional and runs like a well-oiled machine, with individual TVs (wireless headphones and the latest movies) for each station, perfectly tailored to the needs & wants of kids! Dr. Yee and her staff are very competent, professional and cheerful. The check-in process is smooth and punctual. The location is super convenient to get to in the morning, esp. if you live in Los Altos. Theres also an in-house orthodontist too! The toys are awesome: my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist (I kid you not!) I highly recommend this place to all busy moms & dads!

We first went to see Dr. Yee when my son was 7 months old and hit his tooth against the bath tub. My pediatrician recommended her. We called and they made room for us right away that same morning. From that day on, we have only had the most positive of experiences every time.Dr. Yee and her staff are always extremely welcoming, making sure my son (now 2 1/2) is comfortable, explaining every step in a way he understands, never pushing or rushing. She gives us a lot of information on what to expect, what she has evaluated, etc.Natalie has been cleaning my sons teeth since the beginning. She is always the sweetest, making sure he is relaxed and thinks of it as a game. She is also very professional and pleasant to talk to for us the parents.The office space is a bit tight, but the kids are super comfy watching their movies on the ceiling TVs and wearing their cool shades. My son always comes out with stickers and toys (several), plays with all the staff, goes behind the counter, etc. Its always a really nice experience and I hope hell grow up feeling comfortable and not afraid at all about going to the dentist.

This office is exceptional. Dr. Cindy Yee is the most amazing pediatric dentist - she is always understanding and gentle and her practice is built around her knowledge of children. Her staff is amazing too. Their emphasis is to make children comfortable with the office. Their philosophy is successful. We never feel rushed when we come in, and I get all of my questions answered fully. My two year old son enjoys and looks forward to his visits.The staff and Dr.Yee spent nearly two hours with my son and he enjoyed the attention, toys, movies, and office décor so much he didnt want to leave. He enjoyed interacting with other children at the office and they all were positive and enjoying their visit to the dentist.Dr.Yee showed my two year old how to brush his teeth - now he enjoys brushing with the tooth brush given to him by Dr.Yee. He asked for two toothbrushes so his three year old cousin can now enjoy brushing her teeth too. We can tell that Dr. Yee and her staff genuinely care about their patients and the families. Although coming to the office is a bit of a commute for us, we believe that its worth the drive.If you are looking for the best pediatric dental care you will definitely find it here!

My kids love Dr Yee, and Ive appreciated that she makes time for us for the various concerns that pop up (such as when your twins bump into each other in a bouncy house, one tooth bleeds and turns grey!). Ive unfortunately had to deal with many cavities for the kids -- and she has handled what could be uncomfortable procedures extraordinarily well! The kids seemed to have no negative recollection and continue to look forward to their dentist visits. Im so glad that they have grown to enjoy their checkups and develop trust with their dentist!

My family is so happy with our pediatric dentist! Dr.Cindys dental office is the perfect place for young folks of all ages. My son has been afraid of doctors in general, so going to the dentist was hard for him. However, once he walked into Dr. Cindys office, Michael was like a different kid. He was excited to get his teeth cleaned and he was happy about being at the dentist. Dr. Cindy and her caring staff have been amazing with my son. We do drive a long distance to get to their dental office, but my son would be very disappointed if we went to another pediatric dentist closer to where we live.My son recently had a large chip on his bottom molar, and it was sensitive for him to eat. The only time that we could come in was during lunch time. Dr. Cindy and her staff squeezed him in during their lunch time, to beautifully fix the tooth. You cant even see where the filling is, and my son was happy because there were no more rough edges that had been driving his tongue crazy. Furthermore, the molar was no longer painful to cold or hot food, and he could eat comfortably immediately. What was also fantastic was that he didnt even feel the numbing injection. Dr. Cindy kindly talked my son through the hard part, and employed a technique that made the numbing part barely even noticeable. My son happily watched his movie during the whole procedure, and was relaxed for the entire visit. We were happy that Dr. Cindy and her staff worked hard during their lunch to accommodate us; now thats what I call premium customer service right there! They really care about their patients and they always take the time to do a great job on the dental care. Shucks- I wanted to come here for my own cleanings and fillings. Too bad Im not the right age group for this office. The staff and Dr. Cindy always make sure to add that warm touch to all of our visits, no matter what time in the day. I am VERY pleased with her and her top notch staff; they sure do deserve to hold the title of Pediatric specialty.

My wife and I recently moved to Palo Alto from New York City and were looking for a dentist for our children. We asked some dear friends who have lived in Palo Alto for 20 years who seem to have a knack for always finding the best doctors, restaurants, sports programs, schools, etc. They HIGHLY recommended Dr. Cynthia Yee and we were SO impressed with Dr. Yee and her staff, especially Nat, Chan, and Sparkle. They are all exceptionally good with children and make it such an amazing experience for them. Our children felt right at home immediately and were treated kindly in the most sweet, fun, and delightful way. Not only did Dr. Yee and her team do a fabulous job cleaning our childrens teeth, they really instilled some tremendous habits regarding flossing and dental hygiene and ways to make it fun! This was such an incredibly positive and wonderful experience for our entire family and our children now cant wait to go back to the dentist. I love Dr. Yee! I love the staff; they are so friendly and they make me feel calm. I absolutely hate the dentist but coming here makes me feel safe. I love them! Dr. Yee had taken over the practice and I was hesitant at first but having her be my new dentist, I am so glad. It worked out so well and she and staff makes me happy to visit and shes so nice and smiles all the time. The whole environment is so wonderful. I would definitely take my children here when I get older.

Brought my 3 year old son to Dr Yee’s Office last week for a check up. I was a little nervous with covid but I felt much more at ease with all of the protocols they had in place including masks, hand sanitizer in multiple areas, they do a screening and take temperatures, minimal wait time and everything in the office seemed to be extra clean.The front desk was easy to contact to make the appointment. The day of our appointment everything was nice and easy. Once they brought my son and me back the assistants were really good at getting him comfortable. He was able to get his cleaning done without much difficulty. Dr Yee checked him out and gave us some good information about how as his diet have been expanding the importance of good hygiene and things to expect.All in all everything was great and I would definitely recommend them as a kids dentist.

I brought my friend and his son to Dr. Yees office on last Wednesday. Parking is easy and the staffs greeted us with a smile and genuine interest on the childs dental health and condition. My friends son has autism. The nurses are professional and patient. They took the time to explain to a five year old boy who is smart but too shy to communicate, and once the ice breaks, the nurses helped him be ready for Doctor examination. Dr. Yee is very patient with children and thoroughly examine while caring about the comfort and safety of the child. She is knowledgeable, too, as I also worked in the Dental Field. My friend said she found a dentist she can trust and can help take care of her childs dental health as he grows up.

Dr. Cindy Yee and her staff are amazing!!! My son needed major work done on his teeth and when his regular dentist was unable to help they referred us to Dr. Yee. She welcomed us with open arms and seen us within a week. Her staff was tentative, patient, and caring. My son was comfortable and happy with them. I couldnt have asked for a better dentist. After all the work my son received he didnt even complain about pain, making me feel that she was gentle with him. Dr.Yee is passionate about her work, she gives you her complete attention, and is genuinely concerned for her patients. We are definitely returning for any work or cleanings he needs. My family is very happy with Dr. Yee and her staff. Weve been with Dr. Kelley from my kids first dental checkup. When Dr. Kelly retired, one of my son was in his last phase of orthodontic treatment. Dr Yee was very nice and patient to work with my sons orthodontist to make sure my sons orthodontic treatment reach the best outcome for my son. Both of my kids transition from Dr. Kelley to Dr. Yee were very smooth, and they are very comfortable to visit Dr. Yee now.

Everyone here is super nice and friendly, especially our hygienist Miss Marisol and the dentist Dr. Cindy. My daughter was a bit nervous about her dentist visit and cried a lot, but both of them were extremely patient and kept comforting her.Dr. Cindy is also very knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is so warm and welcoming. Ive come to Dr. Yees practice ever since she took over for Dr. Kelly, and each time I come in, the experience has been so smooth and, dare I say, fun. They get you seated quickly, and the nurses always remember you and make you feel right at home. They make even the most nervous of patients comfortable. And Dr. Yee herself really is such a kind, caring, and energetic spirit in the office, always laughing and smiling through the checkup while working efficiently and professionally. My 1-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son get great care here. Dr. Yee and assistants go to great lengths to make the kids comfortable: introducing the tools with names like Mr. Thirsty, giving the kids a chance to touch the tools, brushing a dragons teeth as a model, and letting the kids sit on my lap during the cleaning. The kids get a bag of goodies (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss) and they get to pick a toy on their way out. My kids still get a little scared, but I feel like Dr. Yee and assistants are really warm and help them at least understand a little whats going on.

Brushing and flossing three young boys at home is a daily fight, coming into this dental office for an appointment is a breeze and a joy!The appointments are personal, efficient and fun. Dr. Yee has a creative set-up in her treatment area, the kids are usually surprised then the team tells them theyre done!Above all, Dr. Yee treats each patient like family which is incredibly tough to do, but she and the team are consistent about this level of attention and care. My children love to go to the dentist, and I think the fun atmosphere, caring hygienists, and Dr. Yee are the reasons why. Dr. Yee is great with children (and their parents/caregivers), and always puts us at ease in her office. She is also terrifically responsive. After a horrible experience with a pediatric dentist in Cupertino, my 10 year old needed to have an infected molar extracted, cavities filled and a retainer put in. He was really nervous even during the pre-surgery appointment with Dr. Yee, so I wasnt sure how hed do with regular exams. Three days after surgery, I asked him who he wanted as a dentist. Dr. Cindy is the best. Shes super nice and gave me *two* stress balls to help me be calm! A huge thank you to Dr. Cindy and her team for helping my nervous boy (and this worried mom) make seeing the dentist okay again!

I have a 7 year old and a 4 year old. I have been hesitating to bring them to dentist concerning they might be nervous and scared. Finally we find Dr. Cindy. Amazingly, thanks to Dr. Cindy and her staff, both kids liked visiting dentist and want to come back! I never expected visiting pediatric dentist can be such a nice experience. Dr. Cindy is an AWESOME Pedo Doctor. She has lots of energy and so helpful and caring for the young kids, and young adults. The staff is also very helpful, and caring. There are also COOL televisions on the screens that help the kids to stay occupied, and happy :)!!!
