Based on online recommendations, I went to Ziff & Cohn to get help on an injury accident I was involved in. I manly dealt with Adrienne Cohn and cannot commend her enough for the help she provided. In 2018 my car was t-boned by a driver running a red light. Subsequently, I had back surgery. Several attorneys turned down my case. For this Im thankful because thats how I found Harvey Ziff . He immediately took charge and told me what info he needed. He got a quick settlement from the other drivers insurance company for the maximum they insured. Not being satisfied, Harvey turned his attention to my insurance company for underinsured driver coverage. His aggressive but polite pressure on them resulted in a very satisfactory final settlement in a short time. I could not recommend Ziff & Cohn more highly.

Adrienne was an immense help after I was hit on my motorcycle by a driver running a stop sign. I had a positive experience working with Harvey Ziff. After consulting with him over the phone and e-mail, we agreed that in my circumstances I was better off not hiring him to represent me. Instead, he provided me feedback and advice on how I ought to approach the negotiation with the insurance company.
