I bought and paid for Nitro Pro 11. I was told this was good for 2 downloads. Well when I tried to download on the 2nd computer, the software rejected the log in number. SO screwing #1 from these guys. About a year later the software STOPPED working on my original computer and disappeared. SO I tried to get the Company to respond and fix this causing me lots of problems as I urgently needed to convert a document. Despite 5 emails over the past 2 weeks nothing has been done by Nitro to fix this issue. I conclude they are crooks, cheats and clearly have no moral fiber or care about customers. Demandforce has left me completely at a loss for words, almost. A software company that does not have your best interest as a business. I was sold on an idea that they would reach out to our customer base to keep them informed and interested. At the beginning our clients were hounded by text messaging telling them to come in, we havent seen you in a long time. However, the clients would have just come in a few days or week before. They were given wrong information regarding their appointments, they were also sent discount letters and birthday gifts that were not authorized. Even the name they were using for our company wasnt accurate. We continued to reach out to the Demandforce team and were told excuses, but nothing was ever fixed. We just had to apologize to our clients and tell them just to ignore the messages. Some of our clients asked to be taken off our list completely. After 7 months of this I asked to cancel the service and then was told that they had a year agreement that I never signed or agreed to. The document that they sent to my credit card company was not my signature or my intials. Demandforce is not only a company that is inept, but also a dishonest one. I would not do business with this company, ever.
