2024-02-27 15:27:28What a greedy company. I’m paying for a creative cloud plan with its full features for 2 years. All of the sudden from one day to the next they strip away vital features from express and force you to pay an additional 9.99/month for Adobe Express. Dishonest Thieves

2024-03-18 15:18:24I’ve worked here as a temp (kitchen) mutiple times now and they pay incredibly low and expect crazy early hours. If you want someone to work those hours pay them what you owe them. You’re in one of THE most expensive cities in the world and some people can’t afford to live if you’re paying them minimum wage! 😠A lot for these jobs these days need to be unionized, because without force none of these companies will pay us what we’re worth! 😣Next is my Glassdoor review for BOTH Bon Appetit and Adobe. 😁

2023-09-18 04:48:59Deceiving sales practices. I messaged next day after placing order requesting to cancel after discovering this system wasn’t right for me. They said it was too late to cancel even though it didn’t ship until a week later. I paid $980 and they only want to refund $937. Customer service was less than helpful. I do not recommend this company nor will I Ever work with them again after this. Go elsewhere

2024-02-13 22:48:19Dont sign up for a free trial! If you dont cancel within 2 weeks, they will charge you a hefty cancellation fee. SCAM!

2024-06-11 21:24:50Had to factory reset my Mac just to uninstall creative cloud. What a joke.

2023-08-21 16:33:43Its fascinating how a world-class tech company can make quantum leaps in technology but cant figure out how to let a small-revenue, individual account like mine cancel a subscription. The endless retention dance with your chat agents makes you look more like a clingy ex than a leading tech firm. If this is innovation, Id hate to see what you consider outdated.

2023-03-13 22:37:19Cant wait for you to go out of the business. The worst customer service ever, gangster approach to cancelations, no partial refunds, horrible, no advanced notice - your practices absolutely dont resemble year 2023. You are not customer centric. Youre self centric and I genuinely hope you will pay the price. You have absolutely lost customer for life, and Ill make sure to share my disgusting experiences with every single person I can.... from clients to friends. Measly $200 bucks you charged me dirty and sneaky will cost you tens of thousands in profit, once I share that experience, you served me with.

2023-08-10 18:46:01BEWARE!If you need Adobe software, be sure to read if there’s an early termination fee.Unlike other software companies, Adobe sneaks in an early termination fee without warning you - no other software company does this and not even cable companies do this anymore - in an effort to guarantee their profits.Definitely malicious intent on their part.

2023-02-07 03:52:31It took a week, a dozen phone calls, and eight hours on the phone to get their esign application to OPEN. Support is outsourced too, with terrible audio quality (static)... its difficult to understand anything.Their customer service is about as difficult to use as possible.
