BE CAREFUL OF THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH. THEIR CONTRACT TRAPS YOU IN A LONG TERM COMMITTMENT. ITS NOT WORTH THE COST EITHER. I generated my own business through my hard work and word of mouth from my clients. Broadly does nothing special other than bring all of your messages to one location. YOU CAN GET THAT WITH CHEAPER TOOL LIKE WIX. Ive dealt with Broadly for about a year and when I initially signed up I was told you could cancel at anytime, which is the reason I signed up as Id never lock myself into long term contracts. When I sent a cancellation notice that I no longer needed services because my business was downsizing, they went and charged my account any way. I could care less about a contract. If Im flat out telling you my business is winding down and theres nothing I no longer need, then cancel the service.

Our company selected Broadly to construct our new website. The entire Broadly Support Team is excellent. To be specific, Derek Z. with Broadly built out our entire website from start to finish. His response time was incredible. He was so fast he would have changes completed within 24 hours. Derek is a great listener as our company has many departments & products & he did a great job absorbing the info & then building out the information visually on our website. Awesome program, a great asset to our business.After being a long term client for over 4 years we just discovered our account has not been maintained for the last 5/6 months. Once we reached out by e-mail the canned responses we got lead to no real problem solving and the review issues were not solved. The company never called once, never offered a solution to the issue until the 2 week mark and even then no solution, refund or call. After 2 weeks Tyler sent an e-mail to book on his calendar a date for a meeting (he still had no time to reach out personally). At this point we were so frustrated, we have sought resolution through our credit card company. Charges for the last 6 months 256.81 and no updates to reviews at all :(Being in customer service, we not only make the situation right, we make it better. At this point Broadly is not the company we originally signed up with. The sad thing is, We LOVED the old Broadly, we will miss them greatly!

Weve been using your service for about six weeks now and find that it has helped increase our visibility online and our reviews. The app makes it easy to respond, it automatically posts reviews to our website, and it makes is easy for our customers to leave reviews. The only somewhat negative is pricing is a bit high, but not worth knocking off a star.

I was promised at the time of sale that I would sign a 1 year term, but they would not hold me to it (start up business). I asked to put my service on hold (not even cancel) for a few months, but flat-out refused. Was told by customer service I should never have signed. Good product, but my experience with their people was unfortunately uwfull.

Broadly has introduced a huge influx in my companys ability to gain great leads. It has introduced great visibility from the first page of my website. Folks spend only a few seconds flipping through websites when looking for services initially. This gives the ability to reach out with questions or interest more visibly and effectively. John has been more than helpful and they seem to always be open to suggestions on ways to make their product more productive for the client. Their support team is stellar as well! Return on investment has been recognized almost immediately once my seasonal business rolled into go.UPDATE: It has now been quite a while since my last review and I have to say that all that was acknowledged prior holds up to this day 12/6/21. John always follows up with our company to ensure that we are informed of all the new aspects, options and innovations that Broadly has been working for in order to further empower businesses. He also makes himself available if we have any questions regarding the product. This is something that is greatly appreciated in light of all of the new challenges that have been presented to small business over the last 18-24 months. There are several competing products along the like of Broadly, but I have to say the authenticity of their representatives like John Rancik is a huge reason why I really enjoy this product aside from the platform itself simply streamlining client correspondence and adding to our bottom line!

We recently have started to use broadly at the beginning of the year and have seen a great impact with our reviews. Lauren was who we initially talked to and then Allison took over our account as our Customer Success Manager. They are both super helpful, friendly, and overall fantastic. Since being in Colorado our slower season is during Winter so we dont have a high number of customers but we are averaging 8/10 customer reviews while using Broadly. I have 3 web sites and 3 businesses currently with Broadly and we have had great success with all of them. I have a house cleaning business and wanted to get people to review us on a more regular basis, not just tell us what a great job we did. Broadly built us an amazing web site with a tool that allows people to ask a question and get a quote and that goes directly to my email. As long as I am awake, I can get them info they requested. It then chats with them directly to their phone via text message.They are also very good about updating and making changes to my sites for me. The customer service is first rate. Very professional operation, and all the people there are honest and dependable.My son even uses his site rileymagician.com to get leads for his magic shows. Prior to hiring Broadly, we were very good at requesting reviews from customers and they were very willing to provide them. But, as is the case, we all get busy and many customers did not follow through. We would only request the review once and then move on. Broadly reminds the customer to follow through and write the review. I was not sure how well the nudging from Broadly would be received, but our Google presence has grown from 4 reviews to 19 in less than 60 days. Our company was recently introduced to Broadly and after taking a very informative, friendly phone tutorial (no high pressure sales) we decided to give it a try. For years I knew I should ask clients for google reviews but did not take the time to make it a consistent part of my day. i got busy Like most small business owners and it didn’t happen. When I did an audit of our accounts and found these charges they refused to credit the 2 recurring fees.The service wasnt what was promised and when we wanted get refunded the 2 charges we had not authorized they stonewalled. As I am writing this review, I am on the phone with my credit card company disputing the charges. Save yourself the grief and avoid Broadly.com like the Coranavirus pandemic. I thought about signing up for their service about 12 months before I pulled the trigger and wish I had gone with my original instinct. Its been so comforting to get instantaneous feedback from customers who might not be satisfied before they go public and very satisfying to get all the positive feedback that is publicly left that otherwise might not have been posted. So they complained about it and would not leave reviews. I would have to show them how and it was easier to go strait to google. And the Killer part is that they Hijacked my web page that my company had paid for 8 years prior to their services. That was one of my pre-services requirement to not loose my web page. I just had a 10 day negotiation with Broadly over their billing during the COVID crisis. I terminated services by phone on March 15, 2020 when everything took a plunge and re-started services in the month of September. When I re-started services, they back dated my payment for the months of April-August when I had suspended services and wasnt using them. They charged me $2200 for months I didnt use the service and refused to issue a refund or credit the payment towards future months.I told them if they refused to refund me for the months that I didnt use their service I would be disputing the charge with Visa and terminating service.They offered me a $500 refund. I just canceled my subscription with the service as its not included with my software fees. Its ironic that a company dedicated to soliciting positive reviews for quality service is so bad at sustaining either internally.
