BE CAREFUL OF THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH. THEIR CONTRACT TRAPS YOU IN A LONG TERM COMMITTMENT. ITS NOT WORTH THE COST EITHER. I generated my own business through my hard work and word of mouth from my clients. Broadly does nothing special other than bring all of your messages to one location. YOU CAN GET THAT WITH CHEAPER TOOL LIKE WIX. Ive dealt with Broadly for about a year and when I initially signed up I was told you could cancel at anytime, which is the reason I signed up as Id never lock myself into long term contracts. When I sent a cancellation notice that I no longer needed services because my business was downsizing, they went and charged my account any way. I could care less about a contract. If Im flat out telling you my business is winding down and theres nothing I no longer need, then cancel the service.

Our company selected Broadly to construct our new website. The entire Broadly Support Team is excellent. To be specific, Derek Z. with Broadly built out our entire website from start to finish. His response time was incredible. He was so fast he would have changes completed within 24 hours. Derek is a great listener as our company has many departments & products & he did a great job absorbing the info & then building out the information visually on our website. Broadly also helps our team with leads & reviews, very important items. Our entire team is very pleased to have partnered with Broadly!

Awesome program, a great asset to our business.After being a long term client for over 4 years we just discovered our account has not been maintained for the last 5/6 months. Once we reached out by e-mail the canned responses we got lead to no real problem solving and the review issues were not solved. The company never called once, never offered a solution to the issue until the 2 week mark and even then no solution, refund or call. After 2 weeks Tyler sent an e-mail to book on his calendar a date for a meeting (he still had no time to reach out personally). At this point we were so frustrated, we have sought resolution through our credit card company. Charges for the last 6 months 256.81 and no updates to reviews at all :(Being in customer service, we not only make the situation right, we make it better. At this point Broadly is not the company we originally signed up with. The sad thing is, We LOVED the old Broadly, we will miss them greatly!

We love Broadly. We just recently opened our business and were looking to get reviews. This program keeps all your messages in one place and sends out automatic request for reviews once youve created your customer invoice. It is connected with our Quickbooks. We love this program.

Weve been using your service for about six weeks now and find that it has helped increase our visibility online and our reviews. The app makes it easy to respond, it automatically posts reviews to our website, and it makes is easy for our customers to leave reviews. The only somewhat negative is pricing is a bit high, but not worth knocking off a star.

I was promised at the time of sale that I would sign a 1 year term, but they would not hold me to it (start up business). I asked to put my service on hold (not even cancel) for a few months, but flat-out refused. Was told by customer service I should never have signed. Good product, but my experience with their people was unfortunately uwfull.

The idea that Broadly follows is all good. The poor implementation of the UX make Broadly unfortunately less professional in my eyes. It does not feel finished. The customer service is in my eyes unfriendly and not really interested in solving problems.
