They have been very helpful with modernizing our patient outreach and we especially love the scheduler they helped us build. While no system is perfect they have worked with us to make workarounds for some of our specific issues and have been attentive to anything weve come across. They helped us to send out a holiday card that was very successful too.

One of the owners of our Auto Repair shop used to work for a Doctors office where they used DF for all of their scheduling needs. She loved it so much that when they opened their Auto Repair business she implemented it into their shop. Since I have been working with it (over the past 6 years) its had some ups and downs. I use it mainly for marketing and I have really liked it for that purpose. Its easy, allows me to add my own art, design my own email blasts and is pretty intuitive. There are definitely some tweaks that need to be made but overall, its pretty good. As for scheduling, it serves its purpose. Im not sure if our issues are because we dont know how to use it properly or if its just not the best setup for an Auto Repair shop. Anytime I have had an issue, DF is quick to connect me with a service rep. My current rep has been absolutely fantastic. Hes extremely responsive and has conducted 1 on 1 training sessions in every area Ive inquired about. I had issues in the past with reps responding in a timely manner, but for now that seems to be worked out. The reason for the 3 stars is that there are some seemingly simple requests Ive made for changes to our online scheduling portal and the marketing options, but I dont have any confidence these changes will ever be granted. Also, after all of these years, we still need additional software to make our shop scheduling and customer communications run smoothly. If DF had it all, we wouldnt need more. If I could, I would rate it 3.5 stars; settled on 3 because 4 is too much.

Horrible Horrible experience, starting from onboarding to 1 year into dealing with this company. I would give Zero stars. After, it took us 3-4 months to get proper training to get set-up because the person in charge of my account went on maternity leave.We have had multiple issues like the demand force portal not uploading on a daily basis, we couldnt communicate with our patients. I have lost tremendous revenue/miscommunication with our patients. I was recently informed in December of 2023 that my two way texting was inactive since September of 2023. Demand force had a privacy issue and needed an update and my account manager should have contacted us to inform us. We found this out by accident, when patients complained of not getting our text messages. I was also told I had no way of getting out of my contract. I have never heard this in 18 years of business. Stay far far away, they have horrible customer service.

I wouldn’t use this company. It’s damaging my business horribly and they are refusing to let me out of my contract. DONT SIGN!!!!They’re sending out multiple text messages with conflicting times and my customers are coming in at the wrong time. They refuse to acknowledge that this is damaging my business. My customers are furious and leaving my business angry because they get a text message from demand force at one time then come in and their appointment was 2 hours before. So they missed their appointment. Demand force said that they couldn’t do anything about this, now they’re refusing to let me out of my contract. So DONT SIGN With them. I have had 6months of lost revenue. They’re not listening to me and refusing to see that it’s really affecting my business really BAD. I have to shut it down. It’s terrible.

Our set up process has been everything my sales rep promised. Juan is an expert within Demandforce and so extremely patient in answering each of our questions. The plan has been clearly presented to us and deadlines have been met at each check point. Staff concerns with change can be a big challenge when choosing new communication tools, Juan has worked directly with my staff to answer all of their questions. We have been down for 18 days - no confirmations going out and no one is doing anything about this. I have been in touch with my rep and his responses include: We noticed that some accounts sharing the same node as yours are facing the same issue. Now our Product Team is taking action to find a resolution as soon as possible, the thing is that the Developers of the portals are from China and we are still waiting for a response from them. This is one week after me letting them know about the issues we are facing. Now 1 week and 3 days later - there are still issues - no one is helping me, I cannot speak to a manager, or an accounts receivable person, and am running in circles. At some point I hope someone who can help me will contact me and get us some answers.

Used to be a great service for confirming our patients but in the last year, the system consistently lags, disconnects or has some sort of issue nearly daily. I have called numerous times about the same issues. They log into our system and ‘fix’ the issue only for it to occur shortly after. They charge an arm to have so many issues. If we didnt have years worth of reviews posted through their program, my office would definitely drop them.

Demandforce has left me completely at a loss for words, almost. A software company that does not have your best interest as a business. I was sold on an idea that they would reach out to our customer base to keep them informed and interested. At the beginning our clients were hounded by text messaging telling them to come in, we havent seen you in a long time. However, the clients would have just come in a few days or week before. They were given wrong information regarding their appointments, they were also sent discount letters and birthday gifts that were not authorized. Even the name they were using for our company wasnt accurate. We continued to reach out to the Demandforce team and were told excuses, but nothing was ever fixed. We just had to apologize to our clients and tell them just to ignore the messages. Some of our clients asked to be taken off our list completely. After 7 months of this I asked to cancel the service and then was told that they had a year agreement that I never signed or agreed to. The document that they sent to my credit card company was not my signature or my intials. Demandforce is not only a company that is inept, but also a dishonest one. I would not do business with this company, ever.

One thing we really liked about Demand Force was how simple it was to interact with our patients. We found our patients loved the ability to text us regarding their appointments, and we could answer their questions immediately. We can contact multiple patients simultaneously and with ease. Signed up our office with demand force a few months ago. At first when I looked into this product and what it could do I was a little concerned on cost and if it was worth the monthly payment. We were offered a month free trial period. Our patient loved it! The recall system, newsletters, one off messages and so many more features that have help our practice. Since signing up for Demandforce two months ago, we have definitely seen a return on our investment. The percentage of clients scheduling appointments from the Demandforce reminders is at least double what is was before when we used a different services. Towards the end of December we were experiencing a seasonal lull in business. We ran one of the Demandforce customized promotions and it really boosted business when we needed it the most. Also, we absolutely appreciate all the new on-line reviews we have been receiving. I knew our clients were very happy with us, but relatively few actually took the time to write a review. Demandforce makes it so easy for the client to write a review, that after only two months we have more reviews than I ever thought possible. The best part though has been our rep Amina. She has been incredibly proactive in helping us grow our business. She has come up with several ideas to help promote our animal hospital that I never considered. I have personally enjoyed using the Demandforce system. Its easy for our clients to confirm their upcoming appts (and I dont have to call them anymore!). I really like the online scheduling system, as it gives our clients the option to set up their appt in the reminder email they receive. I LOVE the text feature and so do our clients. I would also like to mention Erik Uhrle has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He has been there for us through the start up process and is there anytime you need him for support/questions. After an hour tutorial conversation with Rebecca M. from the Demandforce team today, I would absolutely say the five star review is earned. The system itself is helpful and allows the veterinary clinic I manage to communicate with our clients better, but more importantly the amount of personal service and attention Ive gotten has amazed me. There were so many useful features that my clinic was not taking advantage of, and today I was able to start understanding and utilizing those tools due to a clear, concise and personalized phone meeting with Rebecca. She even took the time to edit a custom logo to fit size specifications for our profile, and update our customer e-mails to look more current and on-brand. As these were all features included in our current subscription, I ended our conversation by asking what the motivation was. The answer I got was that Demandforce wants its clients to know the full value of their product, and to be sure each business is set up for success with the program. This is something I dont see enough in large companies like this, and I appreciate it so much. I look forward to my next talk with her so I can learn about how much more Demandforce can help us!

Ive been using them for several months and I wasnt dissatisfied. Ive been sending a weekly newsletter to my customers. I also send a survey and follow up emails to all of my customers so they dont forget me. I love those features. A few weeks ago I received a phone call from Demand Force and I was educated about some extra features that are tremendously helpful as well as time saving. I can now send out special emails to specific customers who have purchased certain items. I can send those emails as often as I wish and I can make those emails as specific as I like. This is a fantastic thing and I am glad that the Demand Force people checked into my account and saw that I needed this help. I recommend this service to others.

Hi everyone! Its been about 5-6 months since I signed up with Demand Force and I really love it! It offers so many products to help me with my business. Scheduling, reminder call, miss appt. reminders, annual reminders, social media, etc... . However, I could not love it if it werent for STANLEY!! He was my account manager at the time and he trained me until I could fly on my own. I was pretty demanding with lots of questions and sometimes the same questions over and over, but Stanley was extremely patient with me. He walked me through it until I got it. He went above and beyond to help me set up all the social media stuff. He has moved on to another department now, but he has always made time to still help me if I need it. I know I can reach out to him if need be. Stanley is so professional, and yet the sweetest personable person(helper) I have ever encountered. Miss you Stanley! Demand Force need to clone you!

We have been really delighted with DemandForce, as a way to remain connected with our customers. We are now effortlessly able to promote ourselves to our customer base without really having to think about it. Im finding it is helpful to put a little time aside to really work with all the tools they offer in promoting to get the full benefit; but they are so effective that we basically plugged in and walked away from it, and began to see benefits right away. In particular our Yelp and Demandforce reviews went through the roof! We have worked with the staff a few times now by phone and have been amazed at the quality people that provide support. My experience with this company is mixed. I have been in business for over 20 years. I was previously with Customer Link and I am going back to them for these services. They have a month to month arrangement with which I am more comfortable. It keeps them accountable. When I signed up with Demand Force, they made specific promises about posting reviews and mailing post cards which they have not kept. The customer service experience is abysmal. The guarantee is worthless. The contract is problematic. The promises made to me were broken. I have been a Demand Force customer for three years and finally got out my onerous contract- which is like one of those Mafia uniform company eternal renewal contracts. They managed to screw me again by denying me access to my information on the last day of service which Ive paid for. Think twice about these guys and read the one star reviews. Youve been warned. By the way I wrote this while waiting for a call back- which in my experience with Demand Force may never come. Why would they turn off my service when I have paid for the month?

Not only by my assigned representative either, I have been able to call in to customer support and have a tech support agent call me back in minutes, the same tech support has been able to work on my server without me sitting on a phone while I have clients to tend to, I merely told them what my issue was, gave access to my server and then they took care of the rest and EVEN CALLED ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS DONE & how they took care of the issue we were having. (an issue that was due to a practice system upgrade that I had forgot to notify DEMANDFORCE about, nothing to do with their side). In most companies if you need help they make you wait on hold to get to a representative who then makes you wait to be transferred to a tech who then makes you wait on the line while they work on the issue. All during a busy office day where you are needed else where, not with DEMANDFORCE, I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes the ENTIRE TIME.Not to mention the amazing one on one customer support they give you while you are just starting up, HEATHER was awesome, funny, down to earth and very respectful of my limited availability, finding days to work around my time restrictions. One day she wasnt able to be in the office due to illness and instead of just ignoring my scheduled appointment, her supervisor called me in her place and asked if I would like to reschedule or do the meeting with him. Since I am comfortable with Heather, I rescheduled but again they looked at what time worked for me. Demand Force made all of these positive statements and their vision slowly started to go downhill. We are a dental practice in MN and have recently dropped Demand Force. They no longer have and influence with Google reviews, they are top heavy and unwieldy and their customer service managers are sarcastic. They do not care about their customers at all from our experience. This part was funny,. we made a written complaint and gave notice. After no response and after warning them about illegal activities concerning our credit card we get an unsigned letter from the CEO telling us how much he cares and to contact customer service. Can not customize reminder text and emails for appointments. Called to see how to send a custom postcard to patients since our office was moving. They could not customize a postcard either. The rep told me I had to click on a button and put my initial to turn on the post card features for her to see the postcards on her end. I was VERY hesitant about turning them on but was told by the rep that I had to so she could see the post cards options. The cards were not what we needed and couldnt use them. I think I remember turning it back off when I was done with the call since I was so adamant about not turning it on in the first place but they dont show that in their system. Post cards went out to our patients with the wrong address!! They refuse to remove the charge for the post cards after escalating the situation. I informed them we were canceling but they didnt seem to mind and sent me a cancellation form within 5 minutes by email. They made way more $ from us in one month (every month!) then the charge for the 300 post cards... we were customers for over year and a half but apparently small offices are not valued customers. We had not had other problems with them before other than not being able to customize and the reps are not very friendly.

I have nothing but great things to say about Demandforce.From the time I met Amina to the time we went live I felt we were in good hands. Amina was the person that got me excited about the program. She explained everything so well and was so enthusiastic about the program that that enthusiasm, made me excited about the program. AMAZING!!!!The problem we were having was trying to get clients to write a review for us. We tried everything from giving them a $10 off coupon to even giving them a free exam, but nothing seemed to work.We would bend over backwards all the time to help our clients out of difficult situations, such as financial constraints, especially during the recession. We would end up giving away free services because they didn’t have any money and all we would ask in return was to just write a review and to my amazement, nothing.That’s why when I saw how many reviews DemandForce had gotten for us; I knew they had perfected the process of getting a client to write a review.The way they do it, is by sending them an email within an hour of the appointment while everything is fresh in their minds. Nowadays everyone has a smart phone so they can right the review right then and there.The other thing I was amazed by was the promotions they offer to get clients back in the door. The one that worked best for us so far was giving our clients $20 off of an exam to the first 20 people that called. We ended up making 25 appointments that day because the clients had to make the appointment by that day because the offer was for that day only. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Our original sales rep told us about all of the amazing things Demandforce could do for our business for $300/month. We have 2 locations that share a common database. Once we signed our contract the tech team said we had to have two separate accounts to use the product, so now $600/month. Toward the end of our contract I contacted our Sales Rep to find out how to cancel, as we didnt want to continue with Demand Force . She did not return my phone calls or emails. After a 3 weeks of no response, I contacted customer service. They stated that we had missed the deadline to cancel the automatic renewal of our contract even with the time stamped emails I sent to the rep.Our experience has gone down hill since them. Every time weve had an issue we get the run around. They have offered better products that are more cost effect for our 2 practices but after multiple emails with no response, I called and was told we werent eligible until our contract was up.Once we sent through notice of cancellation we were contacted by several helpful people telling us how they could show us how to better utilize the product. Where were they when we asked for their help early on? We asked to extend our contract a few months to try the new suggestions. The extension was completely misrepresented and was once again a deceptive technique to get us to sign a 1 year contract. These people will do anything they can to pass the buck around their company and make sure that you are stuck with their program. We have jumped through every hoop only to find that there is something else we didnt do to cancel our contract in time. We have now been fighting for the last 5 months to get our account closed. Demand Force is a company with absolutely no integrity or ethics. They have trained their employees to do everything they can to keep the money coming in by conveniently delaying return calls and emails or omitting important information. This company cant be trusted and I would certainly look at other marketing companies for your needs.

PROBLEMS WITH DEMANDFORCE: Sent a request to cancel service 45+ days prior to contract renewal date & even have printed confirmation with a rep (I-chat) and case assuring me that our cancellation would be honored. Sent an email to all of our patients explaining that we would no longer be communicating via text, etc. Now a week past the cancellation date Demandforce tells me they LOST my case number. How convenient for them! Luckily, I sent in all evidence (emails, correspondences, I-chats, etc.). Then, they call me and tell me they have to resubmit my cancellation and try to get a refund for another month!! What? No that doesnt work because I tried to get a refund for a dispute I had with their email finder (horrible waste of money) for incorrect data that DEMANDFORCE sent me and they falsely optimistically claimed a credit - NEVER GOT IT. I had another issue with their 3:1 guarantee - never got that.... Seriously, the time and energy that I have spent with this companys customer service is absurd. And even after all that being said I was still going to keep one of our business accounts only because our staff was familiar with it. Now, Im thinking about cancelling that one as well! Its a lot of money for the headache and a glorified constant contact that our patients hardly utilize anyhow!

Dont sign a contract with this company! They are only interested in their welfare and not your own! There is a reason why they have so many poor reviews. If I treated my clients the way DemandForce has treated me, I wouldnt have a 5-star reputation either!I opened a startup veterinary hospital and signed a contract with DemandForce in late 2013 after being introduced by a rep in my industry. I felt that my initial experience was positive with an engaged reliable sales rep available to train us and answer questions about using the program. When she left that position 5 months later, everything changed. I no longer found the companys service to be responsive, having to wait 30-45 minutes on hold just to speak with someone. We left messages with our account manager but it would take days to hear back from him. I began to question my choice of service provider but elected to proceed as I was under a 12 month contract. Unfortunately I missed the contract cancellation deadline and my experience since then has been horrendous! I have been through 4 different account managers in 1.5 years with the company. Seems they have difficulty keeping employees. If they treat them anything like the way they treat their customers, I can see why theyd leave.Every time I want to discuss cancellation I am sent to a sales rep coach who tries to convince me to stay. When I ask to cancel, they cant help me. When I ask to speak with billing, I am told they will call me. Which they dont, they just e-mail me to say I have to pay out the contract for another 10 months.When I call back, they want to pair me with a sales coach again who has no power to help me cancel the contract.They auto-renew your policy WITHOUT COURTESY NOTICE and absolutely will not let you out of it should you miss the window! Intuit knows that I cannot get out of the contract and they are dragging me through this.I hate it and they are losing many future customers due to this. I cannot tell you how many other vets, consultants, and other professionals I have told to steer clear of this company! Until my contract expires, I will continue to tell as many colleagues as I meet that they avoid DemandForce.If you are determined to use DemandForce, do not make the same mistake I did. Refuse to sign any contract that auto-renews. Demand a month-to-month clause after the 1st year. As for me, Im taking my business elsewhere where professional customer service is a company core value.

We were told false information regarding the contract and we tried to cancel our free trial and they said we were not allowed. Wouldnt return calls.During the initial contact they told us we could cancel at any time, when in reality it had to be done within 30 days. They would not tell us how to cancel this contract we were forced into.They never sent him a copy of the contract, never told him how to find a copy, never told him that he signed a contract by verbally agreeing to start the trial. Did not tell him how to contact them. He left several messages trying to cancel trial but never got a return call. They charged us multiple times within one month.They said that they would be able to generate several new patents, but their records show we have had 2 and those 2 came from patient referrals not demand force. Patients were getting fed up with receiving 4-5 text reminders for 1 appointment. We had to remove several off of the Demand force system. Patients were receiving wrong appointment times in text message appointment reminders.

Our experience with Demandforce started out great. Most of the representatives we worked with for the set up were attentive and exceptional with their customer service.Unfortunately, Demandforce experienced a major technical issue in September with regards to Intuit Sync Manager being discontinued causing several customers including us to not sync properly with their system. As a result, no review generating e-mails were sent out to our customers. After three months of trying to resolve, numerous follow ups with their staff with several weeks inbetween answers, and hours of their technical team logged on to our computer to try and resolve, their technical team came back and said their system can no longer sync the same way (to a customers main account and not sub accounts) and are unable to pull information from Quickbooks to send the reviews. Being an HVAC company we operate heavily on sub accounts since many of our customers have multiple properties. Without getting too indepth into the technical reasons, no acceptable alternative solutions were available.Since they could not perform the service that we specifically needed, we are in the process of severing connections with them. While I am thankful they were graceful enough to let us out of their contract; sadly, they refuse to reimburse us for the lengthy three months of lost services while their technical team tried to work out a solution and in the end could not. This we find to be unexceptable. Their system did not work after their update and their team did not respond in a timely manner.

My new dental office uses Demandforce to send text reminders for appointments.Every time it sends me a reminder, it sends me two text messages that are exactly the same. For confirmation requests, it would just keep sending me the same text (in duplicate sets) until I respond. I have to say, I am a huge fan of Demandforce! I own a hand car wash and detail shop called Detail Kings based outside of Chicago. I have been subscribing to Demandforce for about a year and it is a essential tool to run a great business. I love the fact that it integrates with my Quickbooks and it allows past and future customers interaction with my business. When a customer gets their car cleaned from us today, they receive a email tomorrow which allows them to write a review which I as the business owner look at as a report card for the service that was performed on their vehicle. We have generated hundreds of reviews that customers look at seeing it is also integrated with my webpage and found if you do a Google search under my business name.I also love the fact that Demandforce will reach out to past customers that we havent scene in a while via email and offer them a promotion to come and see us again automatically. I find my subscription to this essential tool being paid for by all the work the software does for my business. I started with our business in January of this year. I was very new to how long our shop has had a relationship with Demandforce, but learning how to use the site and all of its features has been seamless!Demandforce does a fantastic job of keeping us informed and up to date on the latest products and best practices for small businesses. Ive learned so much about marketing and getting creative because of Demandforces webinars.They also have a Generation Demandforce area, which is trend setting their industry, where you can ask other users questions to other Demandforce users and work together to help each other-thats been my life-line at times! Demandforce really cares about their customers and ensuring theyre happy with the products they are using.Ive had multiple conversations on creating campaigns, newsletters, and appointment requests and Ive been very satisfied with each and everyone of my experiences. I LOVE DEMANDFORCE!!! When my office manager first convinced me to use Demandforce I had a hard time agreeing since all I could see was the monthly payment. We have used Demandforce for almost three years and it has helped my business grow from a small spa to an Award Winning Spa! and for all the doubters out there...NO I could not have done this on my own without adding to my staff and keeping them occupied with all that Demandforce offers. What was even more incredible was when they contacted us and wanted to spend 30 minutes with us. I thought that it would be a sales pitch for something bigger and better but no, at the end of our session there was not a sales pitch! Rather they spent 30 minutes going over what we are currently utilizing and wanting to give suggestions and see if they could answer any questions we may have had! This company is HORRIBLE! We liked the idea of Demandforce at first, however, when we inquired about it, our representative would not stop calling us pressuring us into trying a demo. After our 60 day period trial we told him that we wanted to cancel, since this was just not for us, and it has been problems from there. This happened in June...and it is the end of November..and they are still billing us!!!!! I have called numerous times and sent emails, but nobody returns my phone calls! They pawn you off on somebody else who says that they will call you back and they never do! Its funny how many times the rep calls in the beginning to get you to sign up, but when you want to cancel, they wont call you back after you have sent numerous emails, and phone calls! This is a SCAM! This doesnt even deserve a rating!

We are an Aveda concept salon in our first year of business. We started with Demandforce right away for our business. It has been one of our BEST decisions to date. Demandforce helps to take the pressure off the Guest Relations team in terms of tying up the phone lines for confirmations. It also cuts WAY down on no-show appts. We can send out communication enmasse to our entire client base with their newsletter feature. And lastly, we have set up an email to clients who havent been in to see us for a while. Really, is there anything Demandforce cant do?
