2024-06-20 16:48:37Demand Force has been great thru the many years that we have had them. Being able to create our own campaigns is a huge plus! The automatic appointment reminders help keep our schedule organized and full.

Whether it be a major or minor system issue or even a small question, Dylan has been so tentative to my questions and concerns.

It is a very easy to use platform and customer service is incredible.Demand Force has expanded their services through the years with all positive changes.I love the ease of using campaigns to notify our patients of any relevant issue.All in all a fantastic company growing in a positive way

They provide valuable services which allow our staff to focus more fully on patient care instead of having so many menial tasks to complete each day. They provide us with easy and effective ways to communicate with our patients, and we appreciate all of the time and effort they put into helping us with any questions and concerns as well as developing new products to help make our jobs easier.

2024-01-31 22:38:48They have been very helpful with modernizing our patient outreach and we especially love the scheduler they helped us build. While no system is perfect they have worked with us to make workarounds for some of our specific issues and have been attentive to anything weve come across. They helped us to send out a holiday card that was very successful too.

We are so grateful to our easy button Dylan, he always responds quickly and handles any questions in the simplest way. The customer service, as well as services we use, with DF have been exactly what we needed. 10/10 would recommend!

2024-01-31 20:58:09One of the owners of our Auto Repair shop used to work for a Doctors office where they used DF for all of their scheduling needs. She loved it so much that when they opened their Auto Repair business she implemented it into their shop. Since I have been working with it (over the past 6 years) its had some ups and downs. I use it mainly for marketing and I have really liked it for that purpose. Its easy, allows me to add my own art, design my own email blasts and is pretty intuitive. There are definitely some tweaks that need to be made but overall, its pretty good. As for scheduling, it serves its purpose. Im not sure if our issues are because we dont know how to use it properly or if its just not the best setup for an Auto Repair shop. Anytime I have had an issue, DF is quick to connect me with a service rep. My current rep has been absolutely fantastic. Hes extremely responsive and has conducted 1 on 1 training sessions in every area Ive inquired about. I had issues in the past with reps responding in a timely manner, but for now that seems to be worked out. The reason for the 3 stars is that there are some seemingly simple requests Ive made for changes to our online scheduling portal and the marketing options, but I dont have any confidence these changes will ever be granted. Also, after all of these years, we still need additional software to make our shop scheduling and customer communications run smoothly. If DF had it all, we wouldnt need more. If I could, I would rate it 3.5 stars; settled on 3 because 4 is too much.

2024-02-13 18:43:00We have used Demandforce over the past several years for our marketing campaigns. I write the emails and have found their online portal easy to use. Dylan, our rep, has been both accessible and helpful. Results have been outstanding; I would highly recommend Demandforce.
