Terrible experience with the sales team and manager at Bob Smith. I have been in the market for a Grand Highlander since it was available. I live local to Bob Smith but have been doing my research for the car and found other Toyota Dealerships that are selling the GH at no dealer markup. Explained that to the salesman and said to come in, test drive the car and see what the manager can do. I had no idea what they were doing but when giving me an estimate for my my car, but they broke my panorama sunroof to my trade in and had the audacity to still charge me 11% (over $6,500!) dealer markup! They explained “all I did was press a button”. Yes, but you didn’t consult me to make sure whatever you were doing was not going to break my car! INSANE! To say the least, I went to I went to another Toyota dealership and bought a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid for no dealer markup. Save you time and money and go elsewhere.$6,500 it worth the research.
