Archer has been 100% supportive with any questions I have had. They are quick to get back to me & help me set things in motion. The additional training offered is terrific. You get what you put into a business. No one can do it for you. They are there to support their advisors & assist when needed. This is a wonderful host agency to be working with. I love this career choice & I love working with Archer Travel.

I first off wanted to do address all the negative comments here primarily pertaining to the hiring of this company. If you were invited to a webinar, you most likely responded to an ad on LinkedIn or a social media page. In the description you would have read this is a 1099 position. Do you understand what that means? I fell it’s very clear as to what your explanation of at home business opportunity is. They also explain Why and what that covers you for. Just like any realtor, insurance agent, coffee stand owner, or ANY other business, you have to have insurance to cover you. Ours would be defined as Errors and Omissions, which in a nutshell means if you screw up a book in h and someone sues you, it’s covered so you and the company are protected for any mistakes or sue happy person overall. This is a STANDARD insurance policy needed for many positions- again, insurance and real estate agents must carry this, and pay it themselves as well. They also provide ALL needed training, 24-7 access to it actually l, a team of mentors, tech support, a website and ACCESS to ALL kinds old suppliers to be able to best serve your clients! I don’t know where any one says starting any new company is easy. In the webinar it clearly explains where to start, what ideas to generate more clients, how to navigate Google, social media, all the supplier sites, video and other picture apps that can be utilized to advertise and much much more. For $70?! Are you kidding? If you do the job and work as instructed and continue to build your business (just like any!) your going to probably get paid. I’ve opened bars and ran events and worked for myself with out the support and never had the same benefits of support and training that I had here. Did you pay to go to college? Or that training you were supposed to be paid for as well? 💡💡💡 It’s at home based business. Please read the description fully when you apply for a job, and ask questions if you don’t understand. If someone posted your were getting paid (and yes I’ve seen all these different ways of applying!) that sucks but do your due diligence when walking into a company meeting, webinar or other. And if it’s not for you and you want to have 9-5, a boss, and a weekly check, that’s ok too, this is not for you. However it’s not a scam, it’s not an MLM, we don’t sell or have a quota to meet to get paid, and no we don’t just get paid, if we aren’t doing our jobs, which is building our own business as we please, free to put in the work or not. That’s up to you. All that said, sorry some folks got the wrong impression. I’ve got nothing that stopped my success but myself, as this journey is up to you as how to navigate it. Entrepreneurship is not for everyone and that’s ok. You can build your own team if you want, that’s optional as well! And if you’re putting in time and training other agents then you should have compensation for that, don’t you think? Just like a McDonald or a Macys manager, there is a reason you’re in a certain position. What you choose is what results you going to get! Use the tools they provide and LEARN new skills! Learn to serve your clients properly and watch things blossom. 🌸 I love travel, I love the perks- ps I just went to 5! Countries on a cruise (I only paid taxes but that’s ok, seriously!?) and was not only treated like a queen, but had extra perks and privileges as an agent. This is just one of the many things you get as an Archer agent. And Expedia Tapp- is not Expedia only, it’s a combination of multiple sites, and we are able to combo/ add multiple options and we also get discounts that are promoted. We have an additional site with more perks just for agents. We get fam trips👉 more education so we can be better at our job & amazing experiences as well, a win win! I’ve enjoyed the job and I’ve ran/ run multiple. $70? Try opening a bar for the first time. Or having access to the MLM and the fun little key that lets you show a house. I’m have been an Archer agent for a little over 2 years. The support and training I get cannot be beat! The commissions are superb for having a host agency, they are one of the top host to pay the most! I have learned so much on how to be an effective and reliable travel agent and highly recommend joining if you are considering becoming a travel agent with a host agency. We have unbeatable benefits and are always being rewarded with offers and giveaways. We have convention every year with major top suppliers and even a birthday party for the agents to get together and network and have a good time. I’ve been working under this company as an independent agent for almost a year! My mentor is amazing! The trainings are super helpful! You get in what you put in. I’ve never experienced any of the negative aspects I see people talk about. My business is growing and I love being a travel agent!

I have been an independent Travel Agent with Archer Travel since December of 2021 and it has been an amazing experience thus far. Archer Travel has some amazing relationships with many of the top vendors out there. They provide us with so much knowledge, content and trainings so that we can really be successful in our businesses. I work for a great company that treats me with respect and is always helpful with any questions I have. Their guidance is top-notch and the support and training I receive cannot be beat! I have learned so much and feel confident in my ability to be an effective and reliable travel agent. I highly recommend joining if you are considering becoming a travel agent with a host agency. They are always rewarding with offers and giveaways, and other agents are very supportive. They provide various types of training on markets, sales tips, and more, both live and recorded, with Archer himself leading some of the live Zoom trainings, along with other agents and staff. Your success depends on the effort you put in. If you are willing to work and make time for learning and training, you will get a successful outcome.

Great company to work for. They care about their travel agents and provide training, information and travel updates daily. Ive emailed different departments on occasion and always get immediate answers. So much training and information from the top down. Im currently doing this on top of my full-time job, but am excited to be an archer/evolution agent for life!Trips by Kish

I started working for Archer a month ago and have to say hands down it has been the best experience. A lot of training, helpful and encouraging people. Very much a family feeling. Everyone wants you to succeed. You can even ask the owner of the company questions if you have them. I have never been in a company were you can have the opportunity to do that.

Coming up on a year with Archer Travel and I can say this company is top-notch with a strong emphasis on integrity and professionalism that aligned with exactly what I wanted for my own business venture. Having the opportunity to access their strong connections with a variety of vendors has made my journey much easier. The support has been amazing and pleasantly surprising for a large company.
