James is fantastic. Hes logical, intelligent, and knowledgeable with great attention to detail. James is incredibly patient and competent. He helped us with good humor through dozens of showings and more than a handful of offers.We really liked James after meeting him for the first time. He was genuine and humble. He was also very honest - not sugar coating anything, but staying positive and realistically optimistic.James is hard working. We talked to him on the phone in the evenings and weekends dozens of times throughout the process, and he was always willing to help, chat, clarify, and strategize - in a moments notice. He always proactively reached out to listing agents to get a sense of the situation, and always came back with very useful ideas and pieces of knowledge which made us more competitive.This current housing market was very frustrating, but James was always on the ball, ready in an instant to schedule viewings, review listings, introduce us to high quality professionals, submit offers, and negotiate on our behalf. This readiness and organized nature is absolutely key in a market where sellers accept offers within a few days of listing, and we genuinely feel sorry for buyers who dont have an agent as competent as James.Throughout the process, we changed our plan at least four times with respect to the kind of dwelling we wanted, the kind of financing we wanted to try, and the neighborhood. We eventually decided on Long Beach, which meant that James had to drive for an hour each way on weekends to show us properties we wanted to see. His dedication is incredible. And it paid off big time. We are very happy with the property we purchased. It was a reach for us, and we got it!James helped us negotiate a large sum of money during closing, introduced us to a great lending professional (better than any we found ourselves), and answered hundreds of complicated what if questions we had along the way. We will always come back to James in the future with any real estate needs, and we recommend him to anyone.

As a first-time homebuyer, I hardly knew the basics about what the process would be like, what to look for in a prospective home, what decisions (personal, financial, etc) I would need to make, the implications of a volatile market, etc. Thankfully, James went through every step and detail with me, patiently and thoroughly and gave me honest (sometimes even hard to hear) feedback and I knew he had my best interest at heart. He takes the time to really find what you are looking for and dedicates himself above and beyond. I am certain I couldn’t have found a new home without James and I feel very fortunate to have worked with him. I can’t recommend James enough and appreciate him and his team for not only finding me a new home but for making it such a special experience.

James is the best realtor we could ever ask for and wed definitely work with him again. He is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, patient, understanding, honest and a problem solver.We are first time buyers and had to learn everything on the fly. James has been instrumental in helping us every step of the way, from scheduling the initial viewings all the way through closing escrow. Hes even helping with some final transitional things after we closed. Once we secured a place and entered the 30 day escrow phase, James had every step mapped out in a calendar and he stayed on top of everything with weekly and sometimes daily check ins. James was the glue between all parties involved - us, escrow, the sellers, the lender, the home inspector, the HOA.Our original lender dropped a last-minute surprise on us (just 1 week before our closing date) that upended the entire deal. We were devastated. We had to scramble to find another lender to salvage the deal. James was able to facilitate an escrow extension, negotiated with the sellers, and connected us with another lender that got us a comparable rate. We were able to close on the house! If not for James, we wouldve lost the house and wouldve had to start hunting all over from scratch.

I’m struggling to find the words to fully convey how grateful my wife and I are for all of James’ help. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of apprehension about the process, especially in this housing climate, but James truly made it a joy. Before we began, he spent some time sitting down with us to just talk and find out about our family, what we were looking for, what we were concerned about, etc. During that initial conversation, I already knew we made the right choice in picking James to help us find our house. Throughout the whole process, he acted not only as our guide, but also just as a friend. He encouraged us when we needed encouraging and he pulled back and gave us space to make decisions when we needed it. I don’t often review or rate things/people, but I feel utterly compelled to share just how great James is. Again, I can’t find the words to fully convey how grateful we are for him.

James has been a positive force since the beginning of our first-time home buying process. He listened to our story, our desires, assessed our situation, and provided sound advice and thoughts. As novices buying a home, we needed a lot of support and James was there every step of the way. We looked at several homes and James gave his honest opinion, while also empathetically hearing our comments and concerns too. Our relationship built to where we did not want to go to an open house unless James was there with us. In a sense, we felt protected with his presence. It made the process less daunting, and we knew we could count on him. He was responsive to calls, texts, and emails, and answered all our questions. When looking for houses, people usually have a specific area they want to buy in. We certainly did. When James asked about some other cities or pockets of neighborhoods to check out, we agreed to include them in our MLS listing emails. After all, we thought it was best to be knowledgeable and informed on surrounding houses, schools, and neighborhoods too. After some time, we just knew we wanted a home in that specific area we originally spoke about. We told James we would be happy paying a mortgage in that area. He wholeheartedly listened and in just a short time, we found and closed on a home in the area we wanted to grow our family in! We are grateful to James. In our humble opinion, you will have someone looking out for your best interest when you have James on your side.

As first time home owners, we wanted to work with someone trustworthy and reliable, whom we could count on to point us in the right direction. James went above and beyond for us in every aspect of the process. His warm and calm demeanor was a constant throughout the entire process, no matter overwhelmed we were. He was incredibly detail oriented, reliable, and responsive. He makes himself incredibly available to his clients, and has a tireless work ethic. He provided a lot of valuable insight any time we had issues, and he works with outstanding contractors for all of the inspection processes. We not only enjoyed working with him; we feel blessed to have worked with him. Because of his help, we were able to purchase our dream house.

I would definitely recommend James to anyone looking for a competent, knowledgeable, and caring Real Estate Agent. James made buying a home, especially during covid, stress free. He listens, understands your needs, and genuinely cares. He explained every step of the home buying process and answered all my questions with patience and in detail. My schedule wasnt the easiest to work with but he was extremely accommodating. His response time is immediate, even when it was late for him. We looked at a lot of places but James was always patient and positive. He understood what I was looking for and needed, even when I didnt. The home I purchased was not in an area I was initially searching for but James recommended and I love it. Market is competitive and despite it being a sellers market he worked well with sellers agent to close at lower price than expected.Escrow can be stressful but James is organized and walks you through each step of the process. He goes beyond to ensure that move in will go smoothly. I highly recommend James whether you are buying or selling.

James helped us at every step as first timers wholly new to the homebuying process. He maintained a timeline that kept us on track. James explained all the paperwork that we had to fill out. For inspections, James also made recommendations and scheduled the appropriate vendors. James is a great communicator, and he was always available to answer any of our concerns.
