I was with another marketing company for over 2 years and they were great, so i thought. It wasnt until Softline provided me with a detailed report of all the holes and missed opportunities. I tried to give the other company a chance to fix things, but they were set in their ways. We parted ways back in 2021 and I have been using Softline since March 2021 and I couldnt have been happier! Honest, reliable, and someone is always available to talk to. They are definitely more proactive than reactive!

I came to Softline solutions after a horrible and huge loss with another ad agency. I onboarded with John Agar who is a super hilarious but honest and straightforward guy. I was then blessed with Elizabeth, a top management woman who actually only did 6-7 figure accounts but she saw something in my little startup skincare business and she personally took on my Facebook ads. With the previous agency I was with for 7 months and spent over $35k and has less than 100 sales in 7 months, Elizabeth came in and had sales rolling in quite rapidly in just a couple of weeks. She has since left Softline but this company overall knows advertising; especially Facebook ads for a small business on a shoestring budget. They want you to grow because it helps them to grow as well. Thank you guys again!

I have been working with Softline Solutions for about a year now. To date, my business has doubled. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and results I have received from everyone I have come in contact with at Softline. I knew very little about Google adwords, analytics, etc. They were extremely patient with me and helped me understand, as well as explain thoroughly every move they made BEFORE they made it.I am in contact with Sam at least once or twice a week as well as weekly calls to help monitor the progress as well as tweak my listings and bids.I now have the confidence and successful Google partner to increase my daily spending limits substantially knowing that it will provide me with quality calls which most always turn into sales.Thanks Sam and everyone at Softline Solutions!

I have been working with Softline Solutions for 3-4 months. The number one thing I appreciate about Softline and our account rep Sam - I know we are in good hands and they are monitoring our account activity. I felt like I was wasting so much money on our AdWords - I knew our campaigns were not as effective as they should be and yet I had zero time to dedicate to going in on a regular basis to optimize. Google AdWords is a BEAST, so having someone with the expertise to handle our account on our behalf is a HUGE life saver. It allows me to focus on everything else in my crazy day and I know if there is an issue, Sam will be there to get us through it and provide excellent advice! We are just about to roll out some new landing page designs, which we are hoping we will give us even better traffic than we have already seen!

I paid this Company $1800.00 up front to make a FB page and start running adds for my Business. After 2 months they still had not made the page, then they stopped responding to me and never refunded my money! Please don’t waste your hard earned money on these crooks!

Consumers must understand SEO companies cannot do miracles and they cannot do them overnight. We were with other companies in the past that just put us in automated software to get us our ranking. When we first switched to Softline these companies took back all the work that their automated systems put into our site and at the same time we were severely hit by a few Google algorithm change. Softline has worked hard to reverse this. We would highly recommend Softline Solutions. They handle each customer individually and work really hard to make sure they achieve what the customer expects.

SO HAPPY SO PLEASED!!!We started our online marketing service with them. around Oct. 15, 2011. We had a new website just done by other company before working with them. One of their best team members was assigned as my campaign project manager.She did a great job in managing my project. As now keywords researched, Google Place added, one press release, and seven articles posted and re-organized website for easy navigation. She has been easy to work with and attended to my inputs.From now on I’m waiting to see huge traffic increases and bring in more business.

Had a very bad experience with a different marketing company in Glendale.. I ended up switching to Softline Solutions about 6 months ago and I have already seen great results. Our experience with this vendor was misleading and excuse after excuse was being sent our way...and will advise caution when dealing with them.First our conversion costs increased 4X. They claimed the quality of leads was better.They say they will have rapid results but when they did not come they say it takes 90+ days. Perhaps a practice to stretch out into the next billing cycleAs we were looking at our account we noticed 28 disapproved ads notice. They had entered the wrong landing page links- links that had remained untouched and unchanged. A very glaring error. We were still charged for this neglectful work.They went several days without accessing the adwords account when we had restricted access further indication of the lack of attention they had for our account.We wrote them to cancel our services on a Thursday and our email went unanswered but the monthly renewal charge was still taken on the Sunday.The softline sales person wrote this: We recently doubled the size of our campaign management team, and many of them have been quite busy lately in training. Hopefully the growing pains were experiencing now will result in more satisfied clients in the near future. Essentially we are being told we are paying for their growing pains.Our attempts to contact management were dismissed by being told they are out of the country...despite being in 2017.As they were not available i thought this would be a good way to convey our serious misgivings with their approach, service and overall company culture that would allow this to happen especially in light of the information put forward.We do not recommend Softline and we hope management can find the time while training their new staff to address these concerns.

Avoid them, they are terrible. We had an existing PPC campaign and they absolutely destroyed it. Our campaigns performance went down the drain while they were coming up with unlimited excuses. I had to double my advertising budget just to get any results with Softline. Thankfully I found a different company that actually knows what its doing - my campaign is recovering but it took months to fix Softline Solutions ruined. Avoid this company like the plague.

Hired them to do SEO services for my website. Paid them over $15,000 in total and they havent done anything real. My account manager was switched every second week. They love making conference calls and talk for hours but they are to lazy to really work. They created a bunch of social media accounts using my personal name and legal corporation name instead of using my website dba name which I hired them to optimize. I finally cancelled and hired an indian of Elance for only $150 a month and I started seeing real results. I guess does indians are not so lazy and they are not sitting in expansive offices so they dont have to rip us and do nothing.

For 3 years I struggled with this Black Hat internet fraud SEO company. From promising my website free after 1 year, which was denied, to paying for extra information syncronizing services never accomplished, I watched my rankings go down the comode while they kept telling me for over a year they were working on it. Finally dumped these hacks and took matters into my own hands. Without even the slightest idea of what Im doing I was able to get my rankings back up in less than 3 months, and phone calls coming in like never before. These hacks had the audacity to send over 3 months of non service to collections as a going away present. Towers beware! They advertise on the back of Tow Times as Towing Guru, stay away from these scammers unless you want to go out of business.

It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a review but I feel that this companys misleading advertising and terrible performance warrant that. Before I continue, I want to emphasize this was my particular experience with them and I am not speaking for anyone else, but I can say that in the 22 years I have been in business, this company is the worst I have dealt with. Now, dont get me wrong. Everybody was very nice and everybody tried to achieve the goals they advertise but in business you dont get an E for effort or a participation trophy. A business is rewarded by its results and generally the better the results the more they charge, as they should. This could get a little lengthy so to summarize, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!Around the summer of 2016 I started getting these email ads from Softline Solutions advertising all kinds of good stuff. I have several websites for which I have been managing the Google AdWords PPC campaigns but their ads sounded so enticing that I figured I would give them a call. I mean, they said stuff like We create PPC campaigns that deliver immediate results (the only immediate result I got was a 90% drop in sales the first month...ouch!), they also mention a drop in the cost per click (mine doubled), or 63% more ppc conversions (mine dropped 80% in 3 months) and, my favorite, they strive to make us an advertising unicorn which is a Google advertiser who achieves a click through rate in the top 1% of all advertisers. They say that in business terms that means 6 TIMES THE CLICKS AT 1/2 THE COST! Well, who doesnt want that. Only thing is I got 1/3 as many clicks as I was getting before which means if they are promising 6 times the number of clicks, I should have gotten 18 times the number of clicks I actually got. And on top of that, there was no disclaimer like results may vary or anything like that. Later on when you sign up they have you sign a boilerplate contract saying they are not responsible for anything that has happened, is happening or will happen...lol But the ads are so great and everyone there is so enthusiastic the concept or possibility of failure was never brought up by anyone, until we failed, of course.Anyways, I call them up at the beginning of August and I get this very friendly guy on the phone who I assume is sorta like a salesperson/info provider whose job is to answer any questions you may have and enroll you and who knows what else. Now, my website has around 45 pages so he looks it over and tells me that they have to do some pre-launch preparation on the site before the campaign could be launched and that the fee for that is $4000 and then my monthly management fee would be $350/month. Well, what he didnt know is I had been in touch with another Google partner that does the same stuff they do and they charge $399 for the set up and $299 monthly fee. Upon hearing this, he dropped the price from $4,000 to $899! Now this may seem great to some but it was obvious I was getting gouged. You dont just drop your price by more than $3000 unless you are overcharging someone. Maybe he was on commission, IDK, but that was the first red flag which I vapidly ignored. It is clear that prices are highly negotiable and vary frequently. From Nov 22-30 they were offering the set up fee for free and a 24% discount on the management fee. That was nice for Thanksgiving but makes me feel I didnt get much for my $900. But, as I mentioned before, results are what matter. I have no problem paying good money for good results but paying good money to have your sales drop 80% as opposed to increase by 63% as they advertise...thats just not right.No more room, for full story, check Yelp!

After two years of dropping softline solutions for there incompetent customer service and technical representative im still having to call Maria Gonzalez at customer service to request for softline solutions to remove all accounts created for Airborne Towing inc. That had the wrong number posted and still has today wrong number. Since they have domain on internet they are the only ones that can cancel postings on internet sites like, yelp/ yahoo so if you like to have a night mare follow your business make the mistake we made with ( towing guru / softline solutions )

They continue to spam my e-mail on the hour. I have no idea how they found me. There is no unsubscribe link. They have my e-mail request to stop it. When they do, I will change this review. Be forwarned, they may annoy your business customers in the same way they have annoyed if they use tactics like this to get business.
