2023-08-09 18:19:45I was hesitant about coming here, but I have no idea why. This place was great! I had been to a few dealerships already and didn’t want to deal with more salesmen. Bob Smith Toyota is not like that. Tom was so helpful and the financial guy he put me with was also very kind and easy to work with. They gave me all my options and helped me get to a deal that was best for me. 100% recommend coming here, will also recommend to my family and friends!

2023-06-14 18:45:03Great dealership, never pushed the sale on me. Staff is fantastic. I felt like I got a GREAT deal, was in and out of there QUICK. I’ve bought plenty of cars before and this is by far the best experience at a dealership that I’ve ever had. No shark salesmen here! Never felt uncomfortable! 5/5 stars. Can’t recommend them enough!

My experience here has been easy, comfortable and friendly. They were transparent and forthcoming with all the details. I highly recommend coming here for service and sales alike. 2024-02-26 06:40:28Had an amazing experience with my partner, very welcoming and helpful people. Ended up choosing a 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid, we had the pleasure of talking to Antonio and Brett. They worked with us and made the process very easy. They went out of their way for us. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealer, very competitive pricing and accommodating staff. Great selection of vehicles, would buy from here again !

2024-05-16 02:53:28We came to Bob Smith Toyota for our vehicle to get serviced. We did not have an appointment, but they took us as a walk-in around 8am. We asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. Before they took our vehicle, right in their bay, on camera we) marked one of the tires (on a white tag) with a sharpie and initialed it.When the vehicle was returned after service, my husband noticed the tires did not move. He felt taken advantage of. We brought it up with Greg (and later the shop foreman). Instead of taking responsibility, the reason they provided for not completing the tire rotation is because we declined the new set of tires which is a separate service and irrelevant. In this case, I took the efforts to be precautious, but what concerns me is thinking how many other customers may have fell victim to this. It also brings doubts and hesitancies to ANY service they say they are doing. How do we know the services we pay are are actually being rendered. VERY DECEPTIVE.

2023-01-24 03:04:53The sales and finance people were genuinely friendly, helpful, and transparent. I have purchased about 2 dozen cars and this was by far the best experience yet. The fact that it’s a customer-service oriented family owned dealership makes all the difference. Two of the sales people I worked with had been there 19 & 23 years respectively. I also had a long, informal chat with the owner and I could understand from his attitude why this is an unusual gem of a dealership. We got a good deal on a great car and it’s all smiles. 2023-11-23 11:22:42I rarely write reviews, and when I do it is usually to warn others of a negative experience.This is not the case here. Bob Smith Toyota was an unexpected surprise. I was anticipating a normal car dealership experience, (I’m sure you know the type… fake but friendly sales people applying unnecessary pressure); I entered with my “game face” on.I cannot say enough good things about my experience, very low key, no pressure, genuinely friendly staff. It was as though I was buying a car from a best friend or family member.I will NEVER buy a car from another dealership.I would (and have already) recommend(ed) Bob Smith Toyota to my friends and family.Don’t just take my word on it, visit them, be your own judge. You will be pleasantly surprised.

This was the most relaxed test drive and negotiation experience Ive and almost felt like a small town dealership that was willing to spend as much time as you need to test drive and answer questions. They also were extremely straightforward and transparent with pricing. Great experience!

2023-09-19 01:37:09Ive been a loyal customer of Bob Smith Toyota for two decades, and Ive never encountered the level of disrespect and indifference I experienced during my recent visit.As a gesture of goodwill, I had printed out a maintenance service discount coupon that I received via email and presented it when checking in. However, the service agent (Hank, as I later found out) displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He questioned the legitimacy of my coupon and treated me with skepticism, making me feel like a pseudo-customer.When I attempted to show him the email to verify the coupon, he blatantly ignored me and refused to acknowledge my concerns. Even when I asked for his name, he declined to provide it.I promptly shared my dissatisfaction with the service manager, who apologized for the behavior of his employee, Hank. Unfortunately, Hank showed no remorse for his actions.This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and seriously questioned my loyalty to Bob Smith Toyota. I believe customer service is paramount, and my recent encounter fell far short of the standards Ive come to expect from this establishment over the years.I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of professionalism and courtesy among their staff, ensuring that future customers do not have to endure such disappointing encounters.Overall, I am deeply disappointed by this recent visit and hope that my feedback contributes to improvements in customer service at Bob Smith Toyota.

2024-01-20 22:12:51I will visit a dealership that considers my long term relationship with Toyota when working a deal, rather than one who prefers to upsell the last outgoing model on their lot to increase profit. Thankfully I did find a dealership who helped me with my situation and I will give them my future business; and it’s NOT Bob Smith Toyota.
