Jolene is so knowledgable, caring, and truly has your best interests at heart. She takes the time to explain things so you leave better educated on your situation and your options. She has excellent communication skills. Jolene makes it easy to get a living trust as you can meet with her virtually. How cool is that? No excuse not to have your living trust done now. For a while now I have been thinking of getting power of attorney for medical as well as state planning matters taken care of but just seems like a lot to do to get this done. Jolene explained to me how simple the process is and helped me realize I dont have to do everything at once. So she took care of the power of attorney matter. It was quick and she answered all of my questions. It was a great experience and I highly recommend her.
