Paul was a great realtor to work with! He has helped us both sell and buy a home! When first meeting Paul, he was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had for him. Since this was our first time selling a home due to the unfortunate circumstances of my father’s passing, my Husband and I weren’t sure how to begin with the sale of my father’s home. Luckily, Paul had recommended services for cleaning and repairs that he had researched. We used them successfully and Paul was even able to get our house on the market right away! Paul even went out of his way to get a videographer for online marketing and had his partner stage the house for potential buyers to see it as a cozy and welcoming home. Mark and Ilyssa were beyond amazing. I was selling my house at a time when interest rates were very high, and was a little concerned at where we would price our house. In our first call they had come prepared and done the research, and gave me an estimated range of where we could price the house. And in the following month we adjusted based on market conditions as needed.In terms of their services, they are well connected and can bring a house from a used condition to a selling condition within a couple of weeks. This included painting, re-carpeting, re-grassing, and other minor fixes and repairs that were needed.They also were able to help my tenant find a new house too.
