We had a great experience selling our house in Simi Valley CA with Tyler and Mark’s entire Team. Because we are living out of the state, Tyler helped us with all the works around house throughout the whole process, from clean-up to staging and showing… and saved us multiple trips back to CA. They did such an amazing job marketing our home that we had an offer with higher than asking price as soon as it hit the market. We are happy customers and recommend using Tyler and Mark’s team highly.

We HIGHLY recommend using Mark and his team. Specifically, over the course of a 2+ year search, we worked with Helene in his office. She was kind, patient, knowledgable (and generally just terrific). Throughout our time with her, she sent us home listings (acknowledging if it had attributes we werent looking for, but making sure we didnt miss anything), showed us many homes, and made us feel heard. As first time homebuyers, we had MANY questions and concerns. Helene addressed them all with thoughtfulness and caring. Were so thankful for Helene (and Mark and the rest of his team).

Mark and Ilyssa were beyond amazing. I was selling my house at a time when interest rates were very high, and was a little concerned at where we would price our house. In our first call they had come prepared and done the research, and gave me an estimated range of where we could price the house. And in the following month we adjusted based on market conditions as needed.In terms of their services, they are well connected and can bring a house from a used condition to a selling condition within a couple of weeks. This included painting, re-carpeting, re-grassing, and other minor fixes and repairs that were needed.They also were able to help my tenant find a new house too. The whole sha-bang!They made the entire process seamless. Cant thank them enough. Thanks Mark/Ilyssa!

They walked us through a first-time home buying presentation that helped us feel more comfortable and well-informed about the entire process. Mark and Ilyssa are a fabulous team. They advised and helped with every aspect of our sale. They made sure everything was up to date in terms of inspections, and made suggestions regarding how to get the house ready for sale. They hired and oversaw painters, roofers, gardeners, etc. This was a huge help to us since we live outside of California. Thanks to their thoughtful and tasteful suggestions, we were able to get top price, $50,000 above asking. I have worked with Mark before and always found him to be honest, trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend Mark and his team.

Overall, we had an amazing experience with the entire Moskowitz Team. In 2019 they helped us purchase our first home, and Helene was extremely accommodating with all of the uncertainties that COVID brought. Recently, we sold this home and Mark, Helene and Ilyssa were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. They treated us like family, and I would highly recommend the Moskowitz team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

The Moskowitz Team just rented out my home! Their concierge services directed by Ilyssa, was comprehensive - they took care of clean up, painting, touch up and EVEN interior decor to prep the home for the top rental price.Their crews are competent and timely and they source repair people with whom theyve cultivated long-standing relationship that provide optimal service at a fair pricing.Our rental property was move-in ready and a top quality tenant was secured in record time. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and expediency of their work.Personally, Mark Moskowitz is gregarious and and pleasant to be around, he remains thoughtfully focused on his clients goals and on closing and his team follows his lead. My wife and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Mark and his team, and we couldnt be happier! Our agent, Spencer, was able to help us navigate the market and eventually find and purchase the perfect place AT ASKING PRICE!When we first started our home search, we met with several agents because everyone has a guy that they recommend and we wanted to find the right agent for us. Mark and his team were the only ones we met with who, in our initial meeting, walked us through each step of the home buying process and explained why we should go with them. My wife and I were impressed with their knowledge and we appreciated that they took the time to sell themselves to us instead of assuming we would just go with them.We looked at dozens of homes over the course of a few months. When it came time for us to submit offers, Spencer and Mark were honest, transparent, and patient with us. Eventually, one of our offers was accepted and, unlike many agents in todays market, Spencer advised us to NOT waive inspections/contingencies. In doing so, we were able to get several thousand dollars back in credits from the seller.Throughout the entire process, Spencer and Mark were professional, patient, and helpful. After interviewing the top 3 realtors who had shown tenacity, great web presentation, and local real estate knowledge. We chose the Moskowitz team mainly because they articulated a vast knowledge of the local real estate market and had a realistic estimation of the listing price.During the process of discussing offers and counter offers, they did a great job of managing our expectations. Once an offer was accepted they maintained the focus on completing the sale and not letting the seller or the buyer get distracted with an issue or detail that could derail the final goal, which was a negotiated deal which the buyer and seller agreed on.All went very smooth, no crisis moments. Also, with the in-house Moskowitz print shop, the beautiful listing brochures were made quickly and available.At the closing of escrow, the Moskowitz team managed the process to get all the needed items in on time, to complete the sale. My realtor aunt in FL researched local realtors for me and chose Mark for his training and stats. It was very hard for me to part with my longtime home and Mark and Alyssa were sensitive to that throughout the process. Our property was unique, and Mark put together a specific plan to market it, and the results were very strong. My only complaint: things went so smoothly, that our selling dates caught up to our new-house buying dates and we were going through escrow at the same time on both ends! But Mark and Ilyssa helped us keep things organized. We would recommend them to our friends.

I worked with the Moskowitz team at the end of last year as I was trying to sell my house in Encino and buy something in San Diego. Mark patiently walked me thru all the steps to sell the house and recommended another great team in San Diego to buy a new home. Ilyssa helped get the house ready for the amazing photos they took for a very professional brochure. They got the photos onto the home selling websites and after the initial open house weekend they had 4 offers. The house sold much quicker than I ever thought and for over asking price. Mark and team made the whole process of selling my house easy. He’s sold multiple homes of mine and each went smoothly. Mark has a firm knowledge of the West SFV which really helped me navigate how to best impact the market as he’s become a very trusted name when the LA area around him I s just surrounded by ineffective realtors which are just looking for a quick and easy buck. Be careful in areas like Tarzana with slick, rude and unethical realtors. Mark works hard for his clients and it showed yet again. He’s a welcomed change from the typical out here.
