Matt is as good a real estate professional as we have ever worked with. My wife and I have bought and sold over a dozen homes in our lifetime. The service and expertise we got from Matt was second to none. Excellent knowledge of our market and great collaborative strategy and input. He also provided quick if not immediate response to our questions and concerns. Matt always advised us on what was best for us, not just what provided him with a fast sale. His only incentive was our satisfaction, and thats something all too rare in the real estate market. The service was exactly as Matt promised. Great website marketing, amazing 3D photography of our home, multiple open houses, fast communication with buyers agents. Everything you need in a company and an agent. With Matt we feel we not only had a great agent, we made a good friend. We cant say enough about how happy we were with Matt’s services.

Matt is amazing! He sold our home the first weekend it was listed and made that process smooth and easy. As we were looking for a new home, he was patient and knew exactly what we wanted (even when we didnt, sometimes)! We almost missed out on our dream home and, due to his perseverance and knowledge, we were able to get a great deal on our new home. Matt is honest, reliable, and truly listens to his clients. Matt Leibman made buying our first home a truly seamless experience. My husband, Jordan, and I connected serendipitously with him on Zillow and ended up making an offer on the perfect place in just a matter of days. Matt has incredible knowledge of the housing market, AND he knew how to help us maximize our money. I would like to start by saying that never did I imagine that the home purchase “process” could be so gratifying and supportive as it was thanks to the help of Matt Leibman. As you can imagine as a first-time home purchaser with my wife, you read all the horror stories about maneuvering the real estate minefield, but this was not the case. It all started by placing an email request through his website on a Saturday Morning about a property we saw on their page. I remember telling my wife “don’t expect to get a call back it’s the weekend”, as I finished the sentence my phone rang, and it said, “hi it’s Matt Leibman, how can I help”. He was in San Diego at a wedding and took the time to call us back and set up an appointment to view the property. At our first meeting we were still hesitant and scared, a home purchase is a huge financial commitment, but Matt again calmed our nerves by saying “don’t worry you are just here to see the home, there is no rush, the right home will eventually come”. With that began his support and guidance and did not stop with finding the right home for us but also guiding us through the financing process and advocating for us when our loan officer was not being responsive and clear with our interest rate. His non- overbearing, no pressure tactics were wonderful. He was honest and pointed out issues in properties that would not benefit us. Not once did I have to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply from him via text, email, phone, etc. I truly believe Matt does not sleep and if he does he probably takes power naps. He answered all my 1001 questions and was happy to answer more. We owe a lot to Matt, beyond offering him and his family an open invitation to our home and unlimited access to all our fruit trees, the least we can do is share our experience is a few words to express our gratitude and although not everything can be captured in a few words just know, what you read in this review is just a small fraction of what Matt did for us. I would not be surprise if every client of Matt had a similar story and I am sure his friendship pool has grown exponentially. If you are looking for an agent that goes beyond the business of selling you a house but instead will care for you and your family’s interest as it was his then please call Matt Leibman and I promise you will be grateful you did. For my wife and I there are no words we can say to Matt Leibman for how happy we are with our home. I truly believe that we would not have found the perfect home if we had gone with someone else. So, thank you Matt Leibman for helping us find our dream home and most important for your friendship. That open invitation still stands will leave the key under the floor mat.

Matt just sold our house last year. We interviewed different agents and found Matt to be personable and very motivated. We knew instantly he was the agent for us. He held multiple open houses and within a couple weeks we had multiple offers. Everything through the entire process went perfectly and we couldnt of been happier with the sale of our home. If there was an option to go above 5 stars I would! Matt was not my chosen realtor originally, I decided when purchasing a home I would work with the listing agent of the home I wanted to put an offer on. Matt from call one was amazing he worked for both myself and the seller and I trusted him every step of the way. He is responsive, honest and helpful. He is the reason this process was manageable considering buying a home is stressful! Thank you Matt for being the best blessing of this process and being the diamond in the rough of realtors!!

Matt was my realtor to sell my home and also to buy my dream home, both of which closed escrow the same week! The home I sold had multiple offers above asking and went into escrow days after being listed. Matt is friendly, loyal, knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, and always had my best interest in mind. He is fair to not only the buyer but seller as well, and I would recommended him a hundred times over!

Matt Leibman is the agent that you want to hire! We were a first time buyers and from the very beginning he was very transparent with us regarding the process and acted in our best interest. He is very responsive a has a great sense of urgency. He has a great network in the LA / Ventura area and after the market research we went with his recommended contractors, lender and insurance broker - this saved us tons of money! At every step of the process he is making sure that you are comfortable with everything thats happening. At the end of the day we wouldnt purchase our dream home without him. I can 100% recommend Matt to everyone that looks for Real Estate agent in LA or Ventura.
