We have known Lorenza for approximately 16 years. In 2008 she helped us sell our first home and buy our second home.Over the years, Lorenza kept in touch with our family and always remembered our birthdays and anniversaries, which we greatly appreciate it! This personal touch made us reach out to her when we began to consider the sale of our home (after our kids moved away for college).This month (May 2024) she helped us sell that second home -full asking price- within the first week that it was listed, and after having only one open house! Whether she represented us as buyers or sellers, her expertise and familiarity of the area helped the overall process be less stressful.Michaela is proactive and very savvy on how to best market your property in order to capture interest by using videos and great quality photos for the listing, as we know making a great first impression is so important since potential buyers browse through multiple listings. Michaelas overall friendly and positive personality made us feel comfortable knowing that we were in good hands!Lorenza and Michaela are honest, caring, and have your best interest at heart. What an enjoyable experience working with Lorenza and Michela. My husband already wrote his review, but I wanted to give some insight from my perspective.They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions.I appreciated theyre vision and knowledge of the housing market.Theyre confidence in selling our home was important to me.At the same time, they guaranteed that if we changed our minds we could do so, no problem.Very professional and super personable.Lorenza handled the business aspect and Michela was the contact for questions. I never felt left in the dark. Any issues that came up, always got an immediate response.Lorenza had quite a team to help with staging, handyman jobs, window washers, photographers for pictures and videos.Michela was very attentive and came by if needed. Michela and Lorenza (Lorenza & associates) did an outstanding job assisting us through out the process and the purchase of our dream house and multiple investment properties and as well as leasing of those properties.
