Since the beginning of the residential real estate boom in the Conejo Valley, several agents have come to my door or contacted me via email, text and the USPS to see if I wanted them to represent my home for sale. When I finally decided to explore this option, I bypassed all of them and found Paul Gangi through his Facebook post. The other agents all seemed competent enough, but Pauls presentation was exceptional. His grasp of the current market, his attention to detail and his customer-facing skills are without peer. Paul extends himself to his clients diligently and without reservation to ensure the best possible outcome. In our case, he visited our place several times to evaluate the property and make recommendations on upgrades. That level of commitment and engagement is indeed rare in this day and age. Pauls collateral materials are also helpful, as is his willingness to answer and all questions about a potential transaction. Although the sale of our property is currently on hold, I expect to be reaching out to Paul when the time is right to continue the process. If you check out the other comments here, you will find nothing but 5 star reviews. They are well deserved.

If you are looking for a realtor to represent you, I could not recommend Paul Gangi more! As nervous first time home buyers he really held our hand and guided us through the buying process as he instilled trust and confidence in us. He started out by getting to know us and listening to what we were looking for in our first home. He quickly got us in touch with a mortgage company who pre-approved us with an awesome deal and interest rate and then showed us a dozen homes before we found the perfect one we were ready to make an offer on! He didn’t waste our time trying to sell us on a home that didn’t meet our needs. When the home came along that we were excited about, he used his charisma to help us make our offer look as good as possible and got it accepted among many others! His work didn’t end there. He continued to guide us and recommended important inspections like a chimney inspection that’s not normally included in a normal home inspection to help keep our investment safe. He saved us more money! The escrow process went smoothly, we closed in three weeks because of the quick thorough work Paul did. He also recommended trusted contractors and painters who helped us make the home fit our style and feel brand new. We now are living in our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. I miss Paul and our everyday interactions because through the whole process I felt like I was working with and confining in a good trusted friend. He was always available 24/7 to meet our needs and answer my questions. I’m sure he had a lot of other things he was working on and other people he was helping, but he ALWAYS had time for me and made my needs feel met, no matter how small it was. Paul was a great realtor to work with! He has helped us both sell and buy a home! When first meeting Paul, he was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had for him. Since this was our first time selling a home due to the unfortunate circumstances of my father’s passing, my Husband and I weren’t sure how to begin with the sale of my father’s home. Luckily, Paul had recommended services for cleaning and repairs that he had researched. We used them successfully and Paul was even able to get our house on the market right away! Paul even went out of his way to get a videographer for online marketing and had his partner stage the house for potential buyers to see it as a cozy and welcoming home. I dont think I have enough time or space to explain just how wonderful Paul was helping us sell our cherished old home and buy our magical new home. To say he exceeded our expectations is an understatement.It truly felt like Paul dedicated every minute he had to helping make this experience the absolute best experience ever. After our first home purchase experience years ago, I often told people was the most stressful thing Ive ever been through. This time, with Paul expertly managing every detail, it was one of the most enjoyable and stress-free experiences ever! There were times where we were just days from closing or scheduling inspections, where I remember thinking, I dont need to worry about this at all, because I know Paul is on it.He works so hard for his clients. Long hours, long drives, long days looking at your long list of prospective houses … he does it all with a smile and a helpful hand. He spent extra time walking us through ALL the details, so we could feel comfortable with every decision. And he never pressured us or made us feel silly for not understanding something. He helped us prepare our home for a very successful sale, gave us awesome recommendations for everyone from house photographers to financers to inspectors. Paul was able to get an offer on a property my mom was selling with just two weeks on the market during the Covid-19 pandemic. He helped stage the condo with minimal fuss and was very professional in handling the showing of the home even with the new restrictions and requirements imposed during the pandemic. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and Homeowners Association which was a plus to sell the property. He also tirelessly worked with multiple general contractors to help us evaluate what fixes could and should be done before putting the property on the market.
