Im at the Xfinity store right now. Their check in system is archaic. They have no system except asking your first name. The problem is Xfinity is trying to be a mobile phone, TV, internet, home phone, and home security. This storefront should only be used as a return and pick up for equipment. They are trying to be a cellphone provider it takes longer than 30 minutes to sign folks up for service. I only came here to exchange old equipment for new equipment.
