Parris is a Five Star real estate agent and you won’t find many other agents like him. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate and knows and does what it takes to get you your dream home. You can tell that he is so experienced and knows how to handle all the issues that come up related to buying a home. He made us aware of a structural problem and recommended a engineer inspection before we bought our home that saved us $18,000 and possible major foundation problems in the future. I would recommend Parris highly and would definitely use him again for my next real estate transaction. Don’t use just any real estate agent that seems nice with such an important transaction, go with Parris and you will have made the correct decision!

When my husband and I decided it was time to sell our home, in this crazy market, we knew we wanted top dollar and needed to find someone we both trusted. We have enjoyed the whole experience working with Parris Krysgsman for our second home purchase in Colfax, CA.The whole journey started when we saw the new home sign by I-80 and decided to look. I texted Parris and got a response very quickly, and then we scheduled to visit the site the next day! It is a brand new house being built at the time, and Parris was able to help us paint the whole picture. We were also lucky enough to choose the options before it was completed.The whole process took about four months since we first visited the site, but it is worth waiting. During the construction time, Parris kept us informed, and whenever we had questions, we received answers from him very quickly. He checked in with us constantly. He also helped to refer a few people for our blinds, etc.Overall, Parris delivered an excellent service, and we enjoyed working with him, and we would highly recommend working with Parris if you have any real estate needs.
