Alina is the best insurance agent out there!Some time ago my last farmers insurance agent left and I was stuck to find a new agent. While I was looking I came upon Alina’s name. I had no idea who she was but after the first time I spoke to her, she was so welcoming and so open to me! She was so so sweet but also professional. Most importantly she is just such a good person. She helped me and gave me advice and after a few phone calls I felt like she was my friend! It’s a blessing to have Alina as your agent so I highly highly recommend her!-Nina Yakimchuk

Alina recently came to the rescue when I was trying to secure coverage for a home I was in the process of purchasing. I was having a difficult time finding coverage with other companies when a contact shared her information. Alina was very quick to respond, shared a variety of options, answered questions clearly and efficiently and followed up through the transaction. I would fully recommend her services.

Rated high so its seen!Dont use her as your agent! She didnt even search Information about the house I was trying to buy and pulled the money even though we canceled within an hour of finding out we couldnt use that coverage for that property. Then after being on the phone multiple times and many days asking for a refund, they just confirmed today that they sent a paper check to the mailing address of a house I dont even live at instead of putting it back into my bank account like I told them to do! Now Im out $125 dollars that will take over a week to get back because I had to dispute it with my bank.Not happy with her service! Make sure you do your own research before you work with this agent.

Its extremely rare when an insurance agent actually takes the time to explain the policies to ensure were not overpaying and getting the coverage we need for our two cars and a house. Thank goodness when I needed to get a hold of my insurance agent Alina to add a vehicle I was able to get ahold of her. Even though it was after hours she added a vehicle for me so I could leave the car dealership with confidence knowing I was covered. I always appreciate the way she reviews and goes over all of our familys coverages with us. Its nice to have a local insurance agent you can get ahold of and I would highly recommend Alina for any of your insurance needs.

Shes an awesome agent. Shell literally respond to you within 1-2 hours or even a few minutes. Helps you with anything you need, even if youre repetitive hehe. Helps you figure out if youre going to combine multiple insurances or if you want to stick with one. She even tells you if youre paying too much and she helps you get a better deal!

I read her other reviews and want to say “ditto” all of them! I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient and helpful she is. I’m 73 and have a hard time dealing with the internet. But she is unfailingly kind and patient and works me through all of it. She really is the best! You always feel taken care of!
