Nick is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly AND has the best prices around. I needed a dryer LP conversion and desperately needed it hooked up. (I had 4 loads of wash waiting.) He was booked, but made time for me by coming at 7:00 AM before his normal working hours. He hooked it up and everything works great. Thanks Nick!

Full disclosure - I personally know Nick, and we used to have a business together.With that being said, even friends have appliances that break. Because Nick is running a business, I opted to run through the process and not just invite him over to fix it exchange for a beer and pizza.A clip had broken on my microwave. I sent him pictures, a short video and he ordered the part. I got all the same correspondence that a person would normally get (including a link to fill out a review), and paid him exactly like anyone else would.The result? Seamless and perfect. I can’t say enough about the fantastic service! Nick provides a variety of appointment options which I was able to manage quickly via his website. Text messages were sent to confirm. While the confirmation said to allow a window of 15-20 minutes, Nick arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was efficient, very conscientious and removed the old fan when he left. I called Nick to fix a gas leak under my stove top. He told me there was a service fee for the call plus a potential extra charge for a replacement gas line kit, so naturally I figured he would end up installing the kit to bump the price up a bit.He showed up promptly at the appointment time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it with just plumbers tape instead of unnecessarily adding the extra kit. He did a lot of testing before buttoning things up to make sure the leak was truly fixed too. I really appreciated his promptness, clear interest in doing quality work, and honesty in not selling me something I didnt need - had he said I needed the extra kit I would have taken him at his word.He is going to be first on my list when I need future appliance repairs!

An amazing experience. After doing some extensive research by calling the manufacturer and other businesses where I felt like they were over-priced and did not instill confidence that they would even get the job done, I found Nick. His booking service was easy to use and get something setup quickly. When he came out he was able to figure out the issue with my fridge in no time at all. He determined I needed a new part for my fridge and had shown me the issue and was able to explain it. He also loves what he does and it shows. I booked a returning appointment with him in person before he left when he could come back with the part. When the day came he was in and out again very speedily. We had a problem with the ice maker in our refrigerator, we look on NEXT DOOR and found that Nick had very high references. We called him and he came look at the problem and told us what the cost would be, but he was missing a part he told us he would be back tomorrow. Nick did a great job replacing cabinet drawer rails in my kitchen. He gave me an estimate of one hour of labor, and he was able to complete the job in one hour.The cabinet manufacturer had installed the drawer rail back plates from the rear of the cabinets. With the cabinets installed, it was impossible to remove the back plate screws. Each screw needed to be sawed off in order to remove the back plates. This meant you could not just install the new screws into the original screw holes. This not only made it more difficult to install the new back plates, it was also a challenge getting the pair of rails lined up so the drawer closed properly and straight.I attempted to replace the rail back plates myself, but gave up after working on just one drawer for two hours and ending up with a crooked drawer, a sore back, and a lot of colorful language.I contacted Nick. He gave me an estimate of one hour labor over the phone. I assumed with the special circumstances mentioned above that it would realistically be more like three or more hours of labor. Nick arrived on time, and to my amazement, he was able to replace all the cabinet rails, six cabinets in total as I recall, in exactly an hour. Drawers all open smoothly and are straight.I would say that Im very satisfied with Nicks work on my cabinet drawer replacement. He does excellent work, is professional, and charges a very fair rate. I will certainly hire Nick again for any future projects.

Nick was the second technician I had to come and repair our stove. The local company that was referred by the manufacturer, Bertazzoni, was a disappointment, and I did not trust them to complete the work. When I reached out to Nick and explained my problem he said he would be happy to take a look at it. I communicated by text message and he responded almost immediately. He arrived on time and texted me before he showed up. The first vendor explained that I needed a replacement thermostat for our oven, which was running hot. Nick suggested recalibrating the thermostat to see if that would resolve the problem. Within a half an hour Nick completed the work and the oven is working perfectly perfectly. Nick presented a solution that was affordable and efficient, something the first vendor didnt even attempt. We will use Nick for all of our repairs going forward, he is pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable.
