One of the representative gave me his calling card so I can book in advance, message him to book me no reply. Next day went to store and was told that waiting time 1.5 hr, waited for 2 hrs, then informed again to wait another 2 hrs, told them cant as I have some errands to do😒😒😒😒, all in all wasted my hours.

Terrible customer service. They disconnected my primary line when I ask to remove some other line they are not even sorry. Then the reactivated line in unlimited plan with activation charges instead of by gig. I paid charges without my mistake.

Terrible customer service. Checked in and was told one ahead of me, 45 min and 12 others helped. ( Appts. Which they Failed to mention And helping people return equipment first ) I get a clueless salesperson that has to ask other people when I ask a question !! No deals for existing customers ( was looking to buy 2 phones walked out empty handed ) I won’t spend a dime in that store !!

As much as I consider Xfinity the dark side, I have to admit they had my merchandise ready. I spent no time at all.The only inconvenience was that there is an Xfinity store 5 minutes from our new house, and this store was 35 minutes away.Not their fault

Came here because I forgot to select the iPhone color so the default to pink? Okay my bad I did not notice any color selection when ordering, and no preview until I get the confirmation email next day. So 3 hours of my life gone sitting here at the Xfinity store minus one star for ordering, and wait. What’s the third star for. Well they tell me over a 2 hour wait. They will only take my name so I have to sit there till I am called by name. Awful experience. Okay another star because the link in the reply did not work. There is no end to Xfinity failure.

Without an appointment - 1hr 15min wait to return/replace a defective remote control. I expect better. After looking at Xfinitys response to most negative reviews (and they have many), it is obvious that they are automated responses. Because that is how much they care about customers. I never thought that I would miss Verizon.

What an absolutely awful customer experience from this store and specially the manager Derek! His colleague recommended their Xfinity mesh PODs to resolve wifi signal range in our home. These only work for small distances and hence did not address my issue. I had to buy a Netgear Orbi solution which works fantastically well. Derek was rude and extremely unhelpful saying he would not accept a return as it was outside the 30 days even though I was trying to get the items to work in various ways over that period before giving up and switching to Orbi. I would suggest finding another provider or certainly don’t visit this store expecting to be treated as a valued customer. What’s worse I spend over $500 per month w these clowns so to be treated so badly is disappointing and very frustrating

I have never experienced such poor customer service before in my life. My phone just stopped working back in November so I was sent a new phone 2 months later and that one stopped working. I tried going through the insurance offered and my claim was denied even though I pay for it monthly. I contacted Samsung and never heard back I went into 3 different Xfinity locations and each one completely discounted me as a customer and I felt like they couldnt have cared less about my problem. Keep in mind I have been an extremely loyal customer for 7 years with 6 separate lines on my account. Never had a late payment in 7 years. My bill every month sometimes was upwards of $680. The woman who I met with literally wrote me off so quickly and didnt care about helping me, and I felt as though I had been more than patient with them. They said there was nothing they could do and the only way I could get a new phone is if I paid it full even though I was eligible for a free upgrade. So I asked them to use their phone to call Xfinity and see what was going on. Their IN HOUSE PHONE wasnt working either! Keep in mind I had already gone two and a half weeks without a reliable working phone while paying over $500 monthly still. The woman who helped me kept rolling her eyes and said since I didnt have Internet service anymore she couldnt do anything to help me. My house burned down so yeah, I currently do not have Xfinity Internet services. Again I have NEVER experienced such disregard in my life towards such a long time loyal customer. I will NEVER just their services ever again and plan on telling anyone i can, to never to use xfinity Internet or mobile services, solely based on the way I was treated by this woman at this specific location. Either Xfinity doesnt provide their employees with the proper tools to give quality customer service or they just hire a staff that is apathetic towards their long time loyal customers. Do not use XFINITY services and never go to this store location. You will be treated like garbage by their staff

My internet was out and it had been going in and out for a couple weeks. I assumed it was because I had a super old router so I went into the store, told staff members Mason and Daniel about what was going on and they gave me a new router on the spot. I was in and out in NINE minutes - great service!

Super helpful staff. They took me right away since I mentioned I had my dog in the truck so as kids.That was just awesome.Thank you.
