Julio came to my rescue. Typical day WFH when all of a sudden, my computer would not start up. Tried calling Microsoft support team - useless !!! waste of my time. Tried youtube videos, nothing was working. I decided to bring my desktop to BYTE. He was knowledgeable, fast, and honest. He gave me some great tips for the future.
