Great spot for many technical tasks. I needed a copy of a family DVD to USB drive and the same DVD to DVD and the person easily took care of the task. Even had it transferred to the USB to two different formats for compatability purposes. Highly recommend.

Great little shop I found by using Google, I needed to clone my current SSD to my new 970 Samsung M2 and he was able to get it done in 30 min. Best buy wanted to extort me but this shop saved me a ton of money well worth it and will be back for electronic needs!

I never Review places but this is the first time I genuinely felt scammed. Charged me 50 bucks to install a second SSD into my laptop. Which is actually just unscrewing the back and pushing in the ssd. Probably costed him 10 minutes of work. But before he wanted to upsell me to replace my current SSD and reinstall windows for 130ish dollars. Wanting to get me to copy my hardrive into the new one to probably charge me more. Best buy would install the ssd for 40 bucks, so go with that. My laptop was perfectly suited for using a second ssd. But he wanted me to belive using it as storage would somehow make it unable to run programs which is just false. If you dont belive just me look up installing second SSD in laptop. Not worth it. I get the impression if you dont know about computers he will upcharge you as far as he can.

I am not the type to give reviews but this guy earned it. You can say I am a Karen type since I am hard to please. I had previously taken my computer to another shop for an estimate and decided for a second opinion, glad I did! I got a good vibe being inside the location, the owner made us feel welcomed. This guy gave me an estimate within minutes and fixed it within days as we had to wait for the ordered piece to arrive. Loved the communication and service. This guy earned a loyal customer for sure :)

This place should be more well known. The owner is amazing! we can talk about customer service but I think that the 4.9 rating that he has speaks for itself. I had my computer reset because of some bug issues and it never turned on. I took it to a friend and they were not able to do anything. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they said I needed a whole new computer and offered me $200 for my MacBook Pro 2017 (such a scam by the way). I took it to Julio and he literally took a look and automatically knew what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and will do the work EXCELLENTLY. I loved that not only did he do the work and had all the materials needed, he explained to me exactly what the issue was and further information on how to keep my device in excellent condition. It turns out that my computer had prior water damage that created a circuit cut and damaged the charging port area and would not allow my computer to boot nor charge. I felt like this is the type of place that you can put youre trust in and know that they are not trying to scam you. He did amazing and charged me very little for it. I wanted to just pay him double because of how cheap it was. My computer works wonderful now and I will definitely be giving this place my trust and future service. Recommend for any small or big issues. Amazing and fast working!

I accidentally sat on my Dell Latitude laptop 5 years ago, the colors on the screen were way off, I never fixed it and put in storage. I recently needed a laptop for my travels and finally decided to get the laptop fixed.Julio (Owner) provided a free diagnostic and explained in detail what I damaged and how to fix it. He replaced my motherboard, new thermal paste and now it runs like new! Excellent prices for excellent work! I have found the computer repair shop that I totally trust and I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Julio rocks and has earned my business!!!

Julio is an amazing guy very helpful and experienced was recommended by a friend more than five years ago. His prices are just not expensive and very good quality of materials from him. I have taken two computers to get fixed and they are still good and running up to the date also but a new computer and works great. Incredible and fast 5 star service. I came to this place after buying some new parts to upgrade an old computer and being unable to boot my computer up. After a bit of explanation as to what issues I was experiencing, within 10 minutes he discovered that one of my RAM sticks was faulty! So glad I came here instead of spending hours of frustration by myself trying to figure out what was wrong. 5/5 would come again.

Never tried to over sell me which is rare especially in this kind of services. Took it before he was closing and got it back the next day. Labtop is running great. Took in my laptop to get a keyboard replaced and my computer cleaned. His prices are fair and reasonable. He his has a great shop too, if you are gamer you definitely wanna come here to when you need help. Finding a good and honest computer repair shop is like looking for a mechanic. You dont know how you went this long without one! I thought my computer was beyond repair...so many issues it wasnt even funny. Instead of trying to sell me on something I didnt need, Julio opened my computer up and started looking at things. I left within an hour and a half with a working computer for an unbelievable price! I cannot recommend this shop enough. Thank you for your honesty and I will definitely be back again in the future!

Julio came to my rescue. Typical day WFH when all of a sudden, my computer would not start up. Tried calling Microsoft support team - useless !!! waste of my time. Tried youtube videos, nothing was working. I decided to bring my desktop to BYTE. He was knowledgeable, fast, and honest. He gave me some great tips for the future. Really good service for the price. I brought my PC to Julio because of glitches and weird lags ive experience with my PC. Specially with FPS drop on my games. I also brought it because i need it to install a 1TB hard drive. The price for the whole thing was less than 30 dollars. I once paid 75 bucks at FRYS (City of Industry) just to diagnose my PC and the crew there were slow. Julio was pretty fast to detect the issue that was causing this issue. Im not giving him a full 5 stars because my problem continues with the gaming lag however, this is definitely a place that can save you a lot of money and is run by a computer technician who knows what he is doing.

First time using a local computer repair show. Have a bunch of shops to pick from in this area but most had negative reviews or seem to shady. You wont find that at Byte Computers. Owner was great and service was quick. I would recommend this shop to anyone with any repairs.

Mr. Julio is an excellent person. Then a professional ethic like very few people have today. I brought my laptop with the problem of the internal cpu fan not working. Elsewhere I was told that the motherboard was damaged and had to be replaced, costing me a considerable amount apart from labor. But, with Mr. Julio the opposite happened. It turned out that only one pin of the connector was bent and it didnt turn on. Julio charged me a small and insignificant amount of money. I gave him much more for his work and his experience. These types of honest people should exist on every corner. If I could, I would give it 10 stars.
