Worst Starbucks ever. This particular location has. Lost a customer and apparently am not the only one. I stopped by through the drive thru today. I purchase a tall brown sugar expresó, a tall pink drink, and two cake pops. My drinks where a huge disappointment, I basically purchased the most expensive cup of ice. My entire drink was nothing but ice. I called the location several times to let management know but the phone is always busy or disconnected. In my frustration I shared my disappointing experience with my friends and I was not surprised to find out that this is something the do more often than not! I guess Starbucks st this particular location wants to save a few bucks by cutting down on the product they serve . Sad 😞.

I understand that it takes times to make drinks specially this early in the morning. What I don’t understand is why is your lobby closed when you have a full staff inside? Yet it takes over 10 minutes to grab your MOBILE order that was placed 15 minutes before you left your home. Why offer in store pick up and have your lobby close? Very unsatisfactory.

I was able to finally get some time to do notes for work and when I came in the removed all the tall chairs so nobody can work on their computers seems like Starbucks doesn’t want people there anymore working

Drive thru, staff was polite and lattes were hot. I didnt know what the sandwich I wanted was called and they helped me figure it out

Never coming here again. I always give them the benefit of doubt because I understand the drinks don’t always come out the same, but when they charge you for caramel and they don’t add any is cruel. They shouldn’t charge for caramel if they are gonna “forget” to add it.

Went through drive thru and Jenny helped me out. She was very friendly when taking my order. I was out of the line in less than 3 mins. She was very professional and made my morning. Definitely will be coming back. Love their energy .

Ordered ahead on the app so I could pick up quickly, but when I got there the lobby was closed with a sign saying to go through the drive thru. Its absolutely ridiculous to go through a 25 minute drive thru just to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for. Very disappointed.

This SG Starbucks is my favorite work from home location. Drinks are always on point and if you are a gold status member you are allowed iced coffee refills for free. The employees are always friendly and ready to help. The place is always clean including the restroom. The music playing in the background for sure makes this Starbucks an amazing place to go work or get together with friends. Overall always a great experience here!

I had a disgusting experience on September 7, 2023 in this location. I purchased a venti pumpkin spice chai latte through the drive thru. I asono. As I take a sip from my drink I feel something in my mouth and I thought it was the cinnamon so I decide to spit it out on my hand and it was a fly. I don’t know how the person that prepared my drink didn’t notice it, I have been sick from my stomach ever since…. I go back and complain about this and I did get my refund… employees have to be more cautious and keep on eye on this, this has really traumatized me and gotten my stomach sick..

Love its round shape ambiance, like a hotel or museum lobby. Offering a sense of dreamscape, or moments of detachment from reality as opposed to other usual dry and cut design. The staff are happy and prompt too, guess feeding off with the environment.
