Took my phone here for screen replacement because of the good rating they had. The problem is that my phone continues to show problems after and with the 30 day warranty they give it seems like they were just letting time fly so the warranty will be over. They saw the problem with their own eyes and they told me they were going to send it to the manufacturer at the end I ask for paper proof and they told me it was confidential. I believe they couldnt fix the issue but I am not saying they are a bad company but I just dont like the way they handle the situation idk if its the father and the son but during this time both were aware of this matter.

The guy is pretty knowledgeable and provides great support. He does not charge for consultations and you normally pay after he fixes your electronics. So far I have taken him an old macbook pro 2006 version in 2012, an ipad for battery replacement and a macbook 2009 version too. good job on all occasions.

So far I been a customer for about 6 yrs now, Ive had my pc fixed several times there and from my experiance not once have I felt robed or trick by them, and so far my pc is still working great. And the person who is filing a lawsuit against pacific coast he either is bullshitten or his computer must be really that crappy. I would of gi in this 5 stars but I gave it 4 because they dont have gaming. Sure... they do have a few computers to go online and a scanner and printer to copy or email documents but they have no gaming. But still give this place a try

Be careful, when you take your cell phone to be repaired because it has problems charging, the man sees it and tells you oh, he needs to replace the charging center, when he only cleans the wool that gets in it and never changes it and charges you 75 dollars 💵 yes avoid that oh let him give you proof that he opened them! Its medium 🐀
