2011-11-18 20:39:53I had a virus on my computer and decided to bring it to this local shop. Virus gone, however, they installed the wrong OS (32bit instead of 64) and some of the functions, like the camera built into the computer does not work. I thought it would be cheaper to go local, but not true. The shop I bought my computer from quoted me half the cost of PCsolnet. In short, I would not go back, but I cant throw them under the bus too much since they are a local shop and I like to support my local shops.
