My gf had an issue with her laptop so I called Mobile Computer Repair to get an estimate on fixing this problem. The gentleman that I spoke with was so nice and honest! After asking me some questions about the devices and what occurred, he gave me some things to check first which might eliminate the need to bring it in. I really appreciated this help and I definitely got the impression that he was very knowledgeable and helpful. As it turns out, I couldnt fix all the issues and my GF needed to bring it her laptop to them. She was very impressed with their customer service and their support. I have been remiss in not posting my review of this superb computer service sooner, and for that, I humbly apologize to Jason and his excellent crew. Over the past couple of years, I have enlisted their help in resolving/repairing my various desktop pc problems, and have been treated with calm respect & reassurance. I have always been given a clear analysis and explanation of the services required to make my computer function properly again. The repair costs have been very reasonable, and clearly broken down on their job invoices. For a nominal fee, they have also been willing to deliver the computer tower back to my residence and set it up for me. For someone who is not much of a techie, I greatly appreciated this aspect of their service!! I highly recommend Raven Computers for any and all computer needs!!!

I couldnt have hired Intelligent IT at a better time. After going through a few other IT companies that were slightly lower priced and offered less services, we learned the hard way that you get what you pay for!We hired Ryan and his team in the beginning of 2020. Few months later, stay at home orders were issued across the nation. We needed to make quick (practically overnight) adjustments enabling employees to work remotely. We would be lost without this exceptionally organized team. They upgraded routers, upgraded Windows versions, added VPN, and set up remote desktop connections for about 15 users. When we ran into issues around QuickBooks Desktop version speed (while connected to VPN) Ryan went as far as increasing the speed connectivity by allowing us to remote into local computer stations he set up at the office. With his quick thinking and strategic planning we were able to continue our Trucking companys logistical and accounting operations, which was extremely essential during the pandemic in providing goods and services across 48 states.Pandemic aside, the daily ongoing monitoring and help desk services are outstanding. Quick turnaround times for everything including:1. New equipment ordering/deliver/setup2. Help Desk ticket solving (within mins)3. Employee onboarding /terminating processes4. My computer just died all of a sudden! Charger wouldnt work and computer wouldnt turn on. Its a brand new Lenovo laptop, 6 months old. Jason was great. He prepared a temporary laptop before I arrived at their office in Northridge, just in case he wasnt able to fix it on site when I dropped off the laptop for repair. Turns out all he needed to do was drain all the electricity out of the laptop and it all of a sudden worked! Great service, great education on how to teach me to handle these situations forward. Not your typical stick in the mud, non social IT team. Very professional and efficient! I appreciate them.
