I am very grateful to have been connected to TeamLogic IT through the Chamber of Commerce. I had a major issue with my business not receiving emails for weeks due to a scam company connecting their hosting to my domain. Owner Arti took my concerns seriously and put me in touch with Jorge and Andrew right away. Jorge and Andrew were extremely professional and addressed the issues immediately. We were able to get a quick resolution that fixed multiple issues allowed me to take back control of my emails and domain. Working with the team helped me to feel empowered and confident again. I could not be more pleased with Team Logic IT. I was concerned about security on my computers and they took care of everything instantly. With all the aggravating, time-wasting so-called support offered these days by so many outfits, what a pleasure to find a company that provides smart, articulate, patient experts who call back promptly and solve every single issue on the spot.I had a couple of remote appointments with Andrew - man, he is brilliant. Hes an excellent listener who explains what hes doing as hes doing it to be sure your goals are being achieved. Ive had nothing but great experience with TeamLogic IT and they have stepped in every time when Ive had any sort of technical issue. They have been friendly with every encounter, and most importantly resolved my issues in a timely manner. Extra shoutout to Andrew who helped me when I was out of the country with an urgent work mishap - he had no hesitation and jumped right in to assist and also persistently followed up after the fast to make sure things were going well. I highly recommend TeamLogic IT Northridge. The owner, Arti Dutt, discussed our computer needs and determined the best way my staff and I could communicate. She and her team installed an automated backup system with a cyber security firewall. They also set up a link to allow remote access to our client files with our laptops while we visit them in their office.Arti has a complete arsenal of employees to handle any software installation or networking application you may need. My experience is working closely with Andrew Schiff, who has always remained patient, helping us. He signs in remotely and accesses our firm’s network to fix, install, and update our software. In addition, Andrew supports us with his computer knowledge and software expertise by quickly resolving internal communication challenges, allowing our numerous PCs and laptops to share email, phone contacts, and appointment calendars.TeamLogic IT Northridge is the best computer support and technology company in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles County.

TEAM LOGIC tech-support tops all others! When the hard drive on my iMac crashed Jorge assured me that they had my back up on file. Jorge went beyond the call of duty and worked all hours to get my new iMac restored. He made me feel like I was the only customer he had and displayed a patience and grace that I have never experienced from an IT tech. We just started with TeamLogic IT here in Woodland Hills but so far the owner, Arti, is a welcome change from our previous experiences with outsourced IT companies who treat you as if you are a bother and dont want to explain any of the problems they find nor anything about the charges on our invoices. Shes met with us twice and did a free system review. One of her technicians, Anthony, has been in to resolve some long-standing issues from our previous team. Hes been pleasant & helpful.

Here are some examples:1) Acquiring new equipment and setting up new user in a timely manner.2) Extremely quick response time in resolving issues.3) They reach out to third-party vendors as a middleman to coordinate support when necessary.4) When I call, they never make me feel as though its a bother.I would give TeamLogic 10 stars if I could :)

Ive used them for several years now, thru two office moves and new equipment purchases. They assisted me in securing my system from outside interference as well as maintaining system backups and software updates. My computer just died all of a sudden! Charger wouldnt work and computer wouldnt turn on. Its a brand new Lenovo laptop, 6 months old. Jason was great. He prepared a temporary laptop before I arrived at their office in Northridge, just in case he wasnt able to fix it on site when I dropped off the laptop for repair. Turns out all he needed to do was drain all the electricity out of the laptop and it all of a sudden worked! Great service, great education on how to teach me to handle these situations forward. Not your typical stick in the mud, non social IT team. Very professional and efficient! I appreciate them.
