SCAMMERS, Do not take your samsung to this store, they tryed to scammed me saying my samsung screen problem was caused beacuse I dropped it and not because of a factory damage and there is NO WARRANTY (my screen has 0 damaged or scraches). I tooked it to a different Ubreakifix store and they replaced the screen under factory warranty .

I go to the Woodland Hills uBreakifix location exclusively whenever I need one of my phones fixed. Ive never had an issue, customer service is on point, repairs are done extremely quickly, and promptly updated once repairs are completed. I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else at this point. The staff at this location are the best. Overall, top-notch experience, as always.

This place is a scam. Javier in Woodland Hills is the laziest worker Ive ever seen. This store tries to deny all legitimate warranty work and tries to charge you outrageous amounts instead. Stay away from this store at all costs.

Ok initially I was going to give a two star rating but the manager Kyle made a stellar effort to right some issues with the previous service that I will indeed come back for future services. The initial contact with a friendly albeit sorta inept technician resulted in a bricked phone. Kyle the manager course corrected the service and my daughter has her phone back looking like brand new. So thank you Kyle for restoring my faith at the location. To the owner please take time and thank Kyle for his professionalism and technical skill set. He definitely deserves recognition and reward.

Went into the Woodland Hills store no one in there showed the guy what I needed fixing for my electric facial bed control which I’ve had fixed before somewhere else by Asurion.This guy said it wasn’t worth his time or money to fix it even though he said it could be fixed and he had other things he could be doing than fixing my control!! So rude and totally unhelpful I would never recommend this place!!!!!!

Yaroslav did an excellent job changing the screen saver on my Flip4! He even did a full check up my phone to make sure we took care of any concerns in one visit. The whole service only took about an hour, and I think most of that was because they had to verify warranty for the service. I dont think my phone looked this good when I first got it. Great job!

Knowledgeable and fast!Javier was familiar with the issue my Pixel 5a had and replaced the parts within an hour, answered all my questions, even professionally installed my spare screen protector at no extra charge and was just a generally helpful person. It was also especially convenient that I was able to show up on a Sunday and get help right then and there with replacement parts already stocked. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised! I found the ubreakifix repair center via Googles support website for my Pixel 7 phone. Making an appointment was easy and when I arrived they informed me the repair would only take 2-3 hours. I picked up my phone and it seems good as new. Very happy. All covered by Googles warranty.

Dropped my phone and destroyed the face/glass. Could not use the phone at all. Used my land line to call over 9 different locations, even Samsung, no one had the parts to fix my Galaxy S22 Ultra. uBreakiFix not only had the parts but completed the job in record time (based on information provided by the 9+ shops). Should be called uBreakIDontWantToFix. Absolutely terrible do not go here... I came in because my phone started to charge weird. Whenever using anything other than fast charging cable. This is a big issue as I am going on the 4 day trip and will only have access to a power bank. Not to mention that my authentic Samsung car charger (that isnt the lighting fast charger) wont allow a charge faster than 1% per every 10 minutes.This is a 6 months old phone. Its covered under warranty. I came in last evening and the I think (Jorge) ran diagnostic immediately. He said the charger port needs to be replaced. He as well as Samsung warranty told me that it is covered. I was told that I have to bring it back the following day and theyll beed 3 hours to replace.Guy there today was a different guy and right off the bet made it obvious that he didnt want to do the work. He plugged it into fast charger and said it works fine. After arguing with me for 15 minutes about how its fine he finally ran a diagnostic. And all of the sudden now, he was claiming that it was wet or moldy.I wasted an hour leaving work to have this phone dropped off as I initially was anticipating to be something quick. The guy had an accent and the Ukrainian flag was up. I am from Ukrainian and its a terrible representation of my country in that store. Im so livid I will be filing a bbb complaint.In response to the owner. If you are not the person I was dealing with today, I suggest you find a replacement. There was no one in the store, its not like the guy was busy. He was simply lazy and looked for every which way to not do the work. Unfortunately I am headed out now on a solidary journey and will have to jeopardize my safety if I am unable to use my phone due to lack of sufficient charge.Please take down my flag. Although it does show sign of support, I would hate for someone to walk in and have a poor experience and subconsciously associate it negatively with my people & country.

I was never a fan of warranty & repair companies. Always had bad experiences when it came down to claims. Not anymore. It is amazing how dealing with a professional and courteous representative can definitely change someone’s view and respect. I had this experience yesterday at the woodland Hills Asurion location. Thanks to Joseph. He was the person who completely changed how I think of these repair companies. He was very respectful, professional and took the time to explain to me what I was there for. I left the store completely satisfied and with a new perspective for them. They are Samsung partners but were unable to get parts to repair my phone that was conveniently just out of warranty. The first associate that helped me didnt bother to confirm my cellphone number and they couldnt contact me until I called them one week later after dropping off my phone just to find out that they cant fix it and advised me to look for a non Samsung repair shop since they may get the part somewhere else.

Horrible experience, awkward and uncomfortable - they said it will take 3 to 4 hours, I dropped off my phone at 1030, didnt hear back at all so I called around 4 and they told me, and I quote Im gonna be real with you, I broke your screen.. basically phone wouldnt be ready til 645, I couldnt pick it up cause I had plans at 530, so had to pick it up the next day at noon when they opened ( so no phone for 15 hrs). They replaced my screen, but did not replace or reimburse me for my screen protector, trying to set up my phone and the front camera is having issues - going to see if I can go back this week and get something done cause this is ridiculous.

Went in with a charging issue on an aging LG phone. They normally do not even have parts to service this phone, but the service rep unbent the charge port for me with specialized tweezers, then air sprayed the contact dry, for free.He then found the cord for my phone (needed a new one). He let me charge my phone with the new cord in the store before buying it. In and out in about 10 min. and cost me $15. Very courteous and professional, good prices on their other services it seems too, as another customer in the store picking up a phone for another issue stated out loud what a good price she was getting on her repair service.Would highly recommend.

Love this store specifically! I brought in my iPad 11 pro due to (what I was told from Apple) a corroded charge port. I scheduled an appointment online the day of and 3 hours in advance. When I showed up, I was greeted by Horsep and he helped me address the issue. When I explained my problem, he was patient and explained to me the process of changing out my corroded charge port. He explained to me how Apple designed my iPad and due to that design there may be a possibility of my screen breaking when changing out the charge port. After explaining the risk, he offered to clean out my charge port with a special brush and liquid. I said yes, and within 3 minutes (literally, 3 minutes) he came back out and plugged in my iPad. My iPad turned on! I felt a wave of relief and he suggested to let my iPad sit and charge for a moment to ensure that it would hold a charge consistently. After my iPad showed consistency of charging, I asked him how much the total for today was going to be. He politely declined and said it was free today. He also showed me protection plans if I was planning on continuously using my iPad, in case I had future problems. I wasnt able to purchase a protection plan, and he did not make me feel pressured to get one. I left the store feeling relieved, heard, and very happy that Horsep was able to help me. I will definitely be coming back here if I need help with any breaks in the future. Thank you Horsep!!

Was going to let this go but the recent end to this story has made me mad all over again. I dropped my iPad and broke the screen. Brought it in for a fix. Got home to find out the screen wasn’t attached on one side. Brought it back. Was told that those sides are a problem because of all the wires there. So look, either you can fix it or you can’t. He tried again. Nope. Brought it back. Tried again. This time he proudly told me he’d also fixed my home button by moving it higher. Weird because that was not a problem nor something I’d asked about.When I got home I found out what it really meant was that he’d busted my Touch ID. And the screen still wouldn’t stay done. Took it back. He can’t fix Touch ID problems. Gave me a store credit. As if. Went to the Apple store to trade in. Guess what? A busted Touch ID knocks $150 off the trade-in value. So he doubled my loss.While I wait for a new iPad I’m using the not-fixed one where half the screen doesn’t react to input and there’s no Touch ID. I almost could live with that because it was my mistake to drop it and then go to this store in the first place. Then, without knowing this story, my son took his laptop in for a screen repair. I told him to have them use my store credit. AND THEY WOULDN’T LET HIM! So add unscrupulous to incompetent. No way to run a business. Stay far away

Apparently scheduled appointments really dont matter here.After cracking my screen I figured it would be faster to get my phone into the store rather than having someone come to my place. I called to ask about the repair and was told to give them a time to come and have it done. We setup the repair for 5PM the following day and I was told I could come earlier as well. I explained before we dropped off the phone that I was oncall for work and couldnt leave it overnight. I left work early to make it from Santa Monica to Woodland Hills by about 4:40PM and upon walking in and giving my information I was told they wouldnt guarantee to that it would be done the same day and that it could take until the following day. I explained that I had a scheduled appointment time and that I was in fact early for my appointment but it didnt matter. I have since scheduled a tech to come to me for the repair and will avoid this company or at least the Woodland Hills location.

I set up a chat with this company to ask them what it would cost to replace a screen on my phone. They refused to answer my question unless I gave them my zip code. I told them that my zip code was irrelevant unless they are discriminating based upon residence. They then claimed they needed my zip code to figure out what my sales tax would be. I told them I already know my sales tax and to just give me the base price without the sales tax. They insisted that they needed my zip code and couldnt even explain why. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they ended the chat with, is there anything else I can help you with today? Anything else? They didnt help me one bit. I wouldnt do business with a company that is so incompetant they couldnt even answer a simple question. Gerome & employees at this location are THE BEST OF THE BEST! Gerome was very knowledgeable, great listener, educated us on process & procedures, provided us reassurance RESOLUTION WAS ATTAINABLE. Dont even waste your time. The guy just gives you false information, and false prices, just to drag you all the way to the store. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Once youre in the store, ready to close the deal, he gives an additional $100 on top of the price that was already more expensive than other branches. They delivered at quoted price but late, late, late and a more extensive repair because of their lack of training. But it took four visits, the repair was replacement of a new iPhone camera lens cover, but it turned into replacement of the entire camera assembly. All because they used the wrong adhesive and it went all over the actual camera lens and the outgassing covered the entire lense cavity.Instead of two days, it turned into a three week repair that was far more invasive than originally necessary.

My phone was not connecting to the charger properly and I thought I would need to get a new phone. Went in and they cleaned the charging port on my phone. It turned out to be lint from my clothes was blocking the connection. Phone now connects and charges. Didnt even charge me. Thank you guys.

The guy on the phone was so incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was ignorant. The reason I was calling in the first place was because they fixed my phone a week ago and it’s worse than it was before. I would never recommend them just based off the way he treats people.
