ProLink has provided IT services for my law firm for at least the last 10 years. They handle everything from email issues, to servers, security, and data storage. They can provide needed hardware and software at reasonable prices.They always give us both excellent advice and service, and I would recommend their services very highly. Their technicians are all very prompt, courteous and professional, and the principal of the company, Brian, is always available to quickly respond to any important questions or issues.

My experience was a very positive one and I would recommend their services to anyone in need.My company was moving (last minute) and we needed cabling, and a few network devices setup for our office. I conveyed the emergency situation we were in. They did a site walk, provided a quote within days, and had my full network setup and complete in less than a week.Brian Shad was professional and straight forward. I recommend Brian and his team at ProLink for any businesses needed network installation help or anything IT related.This is my second review of ProLink Systems. My company relocated our warehouse. The conditions of when we would have access to the property was a constant moving target. The property also faced challenges because the building was not yet wired for internet by any major carrier in the area. Having presented ProLink with these conditions they made reasonable solutions for the internet connectivity until the internet could be brought into the building. They worked around our special conditions for this building and they successfully installed our network to meet our expectations exactly.

Just want to give big thumbs up for the IT team at Pro Link. Anytime we’ve had any issues with our PCs at work they are quick to work on them and get them resolved. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional – and very courteous! If you’re looking for an IT company that truly gives you their personal best than Pro Link is who you want. They get a 5 star rating in my book!
