Terrible. Dont waste your time or money. I had a screen replaced on my PC, and after returning it I noticed there was 2 dead pixels in the screen. They said this was standard an they could not replace THEIR mistake because it is standard, and said they would only fix it if the 2 dead pixels were closer together, or more of them. Whatever, right? 2 Dead pixels not the end of the world. Also, I noticed the hinges were loose when I got the computer back. Well fast forward now, my computer is falling apart at the hinge due to their horrible repair, and theyve completely ruined my PC, beyond its repair cost worth. Of course with the computer illiteracy in Santa Barbara theyll probably do fine... Good luck with your horrible service.

A week ago I had to do a report from home for work. See we have been working on a deal with a company from Japan for over a year now. This deal will ensure our companies future and all the employees of our company for years to come. This report for the meeting the next day was the center of our presentation the next day. Without it we most likely would of not looked prepared and I dont have to tell you what that would of meant to our company. My computer died. I was panicked. I looked up on my phone for computer repair shops and I found Computer Doctor, I talked to a Kathy she understood what I needed and told me no problem she would come to my house and handle it. Mind you it was 7 in the evening at this point. I was relieved but still a little apprehensive about the fact that I might not get this report done. She arrived and within an hour my computer was back up and running and I was finishing my report. I cannot tell you what that meant to me and our company, thank you Kathy. Job well done. It turns out that my memory was bad and it was replaced and the price was very reasonable. I cant say enough about the importance of her service., Jim Stanford

Just stop buying Apple computers, and theyll have to start listening.Theyve gone downhill, they dont care, and need a wake up call.Sorry to say this--Im one who looks for and emphasizes the positive, but Im disillusioned with Apple computers in general.My next computer will be a PC.My partners PC NEVER has problems.Over the past 8 years, Ive bought four MacBook Pros for me/my staff, and each year the new ones last less long and have more problems than the ones before.Theyre becoming VERY expensive, disposable junk. Steve Jobs, are you turning over in your grave?The service people at this store dont know enough. Theyll give it a try, then say theyve done all they can, and that is IT. No more help, even if the problem is not solved.The follow up calls with the help they promised never came, even after several phone calls, no answer.I got so disgusted at one point when they couldnt fix the new 6 month old MacBook Pro, I made them give me a new one. That one still has problems.Other times I got help from the Apple Joint Venture people, and they answer or resolve it, but that costs $500 a year!Apple has done a POOR job of training competent people to do the after the sale service at their stores.And I agree w/other reviews. I make an appointment, drive an hour to get there, and they dont know about my appointment.There is one guy there, Travis, who has helped us a lot. Other than that, very poor.
