Ramsin is by far the most knowledgeable, professional & communicative PC mechanic Ive had the pleasure of working with. I had multiple issues with my MSI MOBO due to faulty hardware & other issues. He recommended a much more reliable ASUS MOBO to replace it with & was able to teardown the PC and completely reinstall all of the components in record time. If you are looking to get your PC either repaired, are having software issues or any sort of PC related problems, Ramsin is the one and only person I would trust with my build & you should as well. Amazing experience! Ramsin went above and beyond with helping me with my laptop. I brought my laptop in because one day the battery died and wouldn’t turn back on. I’m a college student studying mechanical engineering and this happened during the end of my quarter. I was so worried about having to buy a new machine on such short notice. Ramsin tried everything he could and eventually found a RAM problem that he was able to fix. He saved me from buying a whole new laptop. Highly recommend!!

I used the PC Mechanic a couple of years ago to fix my non-responding laptop. Ramsin fixed that problem quickly and at a reasonable cost so when the keyboard stopped functioning properly recently on the same computer (now 8 years old) I called Ramsin. After discussing the issue with Ramsin I decided to buy a new laptop. I dont know one computer from another so Ramsin offered to look for one for me in my price range that suits my needs. He found a nice laptop for about half of what I was expecting to pay. Ramsin transferred the data from my old laptop to the new one and also wiped the hard drive from the old laptop all at a very reasonable price. I love my new laptop and am so grateful for having the PC Mechanic available for my computer needs.

Ramsin extracted data from my laptop hard drive when my hard drive died last week. He also refurbished my laptop with a 1TBytes solid state drive. Now my laptop works better than before! All of these was done within 29 hours! He also responded to my request within an hour. The next day he started working on it. Ramsin is professional and responsible. After going to a few other computer repair places for diagnostics, I tried out PC Mechanics because of the good reviews and was not disappointed! Ramsin was able to diagnose the problem with my computer over the phone and offered to fix it outside working hours because he knew that I was a student who relies on their computer. I highly recommend Ramsin for data recovery! When my external hard drive crashed I was devastated, and Best Buy said it would cost $500-3000 and take two months to recover the data. I was able to make an appointment with PC Mechanic that day and he was able to recover my project files in less than 24 hours for only $300! He even lent me a hard drive while I waited for my new one to arrive in the mail. Ramsin is very kind, efficient, and no doubt the best option for data recovery.

I was having trouble with some devices connecting to my router. I finally decided to have a professional see if my router was the problem and have my issues resolved. Ramsin and I texted a few times working out what I needed and what my system was like so he would be prepared when he arrived (the next day). In just over an hour he had resolved my issues and my internet speeds went from 85mbps to over 200. He installed a new router and set up the system; it seems all my troubles are over.I could not be more pleased with how this all went. I was very nervous about cost and what the end result would be. I know now I had no reason to be nervous about either. Ramsin delivered total problem resolution for a reasonable price. When including a new router, the price was better than I had hoped.To top it all off, Ramsin is one heck of a nice guy, very pleasant. Earlier this year, my PC crashed and I lost all of my data for the past few months when my backup had not been working. Ramsin singlehandedly saved 80 donated computers from the landfill and by refurbishing them, made them available to hundreds of public school students at a local junior high school. I recently had a hard drive failure before I was able to back up several important documents, leaving me unable to access all of the files on my hard drive and causing me to lose more than a month of work on my most important files. The recovery of the data was a very time-sensitive issue for me, as I needed these files in order to meet several deadlines over the next week and month. When it started to crash, I was unable to figure it out and was losing time and my work in between saves and crashes. My hard drive holding 3 years of music production work had fallen while it was on and proceeded to click and scratch each time I tried to plug it in.I called Ramsin to take a look and try to figure out how to salvage my data.Unfortunately after a day or so he told me he was unable to repair the drive and that the read and write heads would have to be replaced in a clean room at an extreme cost and I could pick up my drive the next day and get my deposit back.Not more than day passed, and I received a call from Ramsin informing me that he had reversed his diagnosis and that he may be able to retrieve my data after all!Although he was able to recover my data most of it was corrupt and completely unusable and he again apologized and offered my drive and deposit back, whenever I would like.A week passed as I was out of town and I receive a text from Ramsin saying he once again may be having some success with my hard drive! Unfortunately the hard drives were having trouble mounting onto my Mac computer. So Ramsin at no extra cost offered to redo the data recovery on a drive formatted for Mac specifically! I will so blessed to have found Ramsin. My story is a bit emotional for me. I was told on Thursday that my division at work was going through a reorganization and that I would not be part of the company going forward. On Friday morning I tried to boot-up my 4 year old HP personal laptop to start the process of finding a new job and the PC would not boot-up.I was panicked and did not know what to do. I cannot recommend Ramsin enough. I use my computer for work every day and it had gotten some viruses on it. I took it to Ramsin and he was finished fixing it in about 4 hours. My computer had Trojan worms and was severely infected with many viruses. He even put on an anti-virus. I will be taking all of my computer problems to him from now on. He was so helpful and nice. I will also be telling all my co-workers about him and passing out his card.

About a year ago I had an external hard drive that died. I took it to Ramsin and he was able to recover all of my precious data. Then again, earlier this week when another hard drive failure. Back to life! It was one of the worst days of my life when my computer crashed and I had not backed up my data. I thought I had lost TEN YEARS of my life history! Luckily for me, I found Ramsin. He was not only able to retrieve and save almost all of my files but also refurbished my old computer and now it runs better than new and ten time faster than before. I highly recommend him!

I have known Ramsin for over 15 years. He has been helping in setting up 3 laptops and 3 desk tops and two printers and WiFi networking for the last 10 year. He is extremely patient and skillful. And he never gives up. He works until he figures out a wonderful solution for any problems. Amazing, fast, and professional service. I was by hacked by online scam who took over my computer. They access all my data and possibly my passwords. I live in Buellton. There is not a PC repair shop to trouble shoot my laptop overheating. I called Ramsin on Friday. I brought the laptop in and Ramsin used the power tool to remove the dust that has been accumulating for 8 years. It solved the problem.And believe it or not, Ramsin didnt want to charge me any money for fixing my laptop. Ramsin is very knowledgeable in computers, very professional and most of all, very courteous. I just could not believe that Ramsin spent half an hour on a Saturday to fix my laptop for free. No one would do what Ramsin did (fixing laptop for free). In the future, I will drive 40 miles, any time, to see Ramsin for any computers problems. Thank you Ramsin.

Ramsin is your computer wizard! Really, dont look anywhere else. We have a house full of Macs. Have had internet issues for at least 2 years. Have tried everything from buying 3 wireless routers, new laptop, COX internet upgrade, on and on. Called Ramsin early one morning. He called back but I was not able to get his phone call, he immediately texted me, which I did receive. He was at our house later that afternoon. Such a genuine and kind man. It took him less than an hour to diagnose our issues, took our computers to his shop and VOILA! He even wanted to revisit our home on Saturday to make sure everything was up and running. Followed up with a text to make sure we were all good. Internet works like a charm. He even noticed that we had a studio outback and was able to boost the internet coverage there as well. Now we can work outside with excellent internet speed - who wouldnt like that living in Santa Barbara! I would highly RECOMMEND Ramsin for all your computer needs.

Extremely helpful and very thoughtful.I realized today that motherboard didn’t come with the proper screw for a new nvme M.2 SSD I just bought. So I went to Amazon looking for a pack of screws all around $10. Before that, I figured I should call around first. Luckily I did!! While the store doesn’t typically sell pc parts, this man went out of his way to check around his inventory, found the screw I needed, and without charging me a dime, gifted me the part I needed. I don’t usually like letting other people touch my pcs, but I’ll definitely be coming back when I need more serious PC repairs.
