Chase provided prompt, friendly expert help when I purchased a new computer. He set it up, and transferred all the programs and files, then cleaned up the hard drive on the previous one to pass on to my grandson.. I not only got a new computer but at the same time I upgraded to Windows2010 and Office365. Chase has done troubleshooting on the hardware and software,..and I understand he does a great job building websites. He has shown the knowledge, patience and experience necessary to advise and provide hands-on troubleshooting for every difficulty that has come up. I can recommend him highly.

My computer recently failed to power on so I contacted Shain and Chase from their previous work on my computer. Shain soon then came over to diagnose the issue. After some testing he was able to determine the issue and took care of ordering the new parts and following up on the warranty of others. When Shain brought my computer back he showed me what he replaced, hooked up my peripherals and set it up. They provide extremely reliable, affordable and helpful repair service and I will continue to use them for any issues and also refer my friends to them when problems occur. I was in desperate need for a laptop repair few days ago (I was experiencing very slow Login and lagging programs). So my friend recommended Shain. Shain responded very quickly and told me he could fix the problem within 3 hours. I was not expecting him to actually make my laptop look like it was new (after all Ive had it for 2 years), but he arrived 20 minutes after I called and did a marvelous job! So thank you sooo much for saving my laptop now I dont have to spend money on a new one anymore! Best computer repair guy ever!

Great prompt work . Learned a lot about computer common sense how to avoid viruses and maintain the health of my machine. Shain quickly fixed my issues with my email not synchronizing, talked with Cox Communications to recover my account information, sped up my computer and reconfigured my network enabling WiFi! I highly recommend Shain Cox to anyone who is experiencing computer issues or dealing with customer service representatives.

Gave Shain a called about a hardware issue on my laptop, quoted me and came to it up and had it running within a few days! Also purchased a pc from him which he set up in my office and runs smooth. Got the job done no issue and will give him a call for any computer related issues. Thanks!
