Dory came to my rescue and I couldn’t have found a more knowledgeable professional who can diagnose and fix complex computer related problems. This was my first time using Dory’s services; highly recommend and will be using again in the future. He was very communicative throughout the process and his prices are so affordable which was another huge plus! I now call him the computer doctor because he is able to fix anything.

I went to pay for my bill and I was sent to a machine. I put my phone # in and it told me invalid #. We paid the bill like that before. So I was told by on of the customer service reps that I needed n account #. They couldnt just pull our name up on computer? So I had to go all the way home, couldnt find a bill then hey bubby go in and try to pay and they told him the same thing. pay and he is the one on the account. What do they do just stand around to greet you to say hello and then push you to a machine to pay? Nice people but come on it took us 5 times for them to take our money. What ever happened to do for the customer . And provide above and beyond customer service. Crazy!
