Dory from the computer repair company was amazing! He was reliable, honest, and did fantastic quality work, all while being polite and professional. When my alien ware laptop stopped working after falling, he diagnosed it as needing a replacement motherboard, which he did flawlessly. Not only did he stick to the agreed price, but he also upgraded my RAM from 16 GB to 32 GB. Im thrilled with his service and will definitely bring my gaming desktop to him for upgrades. So glad I found him - highly recommend!

Thanks Dory for repairing my laptop!! He is such a lifesaver getting my laptop working again that was drenched from the rain which my fault did not check the weather. Laptop did not start at all with my school files on it that were very important of getting my assignments done. Once I brought it to him, he took his time to look through everything! I appreciate his service so much to have a knowledgeable computer tech who can repair locally, so please, bring your business to him if you need to repair your computer! He promised to get my laptop fixed in a very timely manner, affordable and great turnaround time! And he did just that! Amazing amazing amazing!! I highly recommend Watt Computer Repair. Dory does great work. He is honest and very reasonbly priced.I had very little C drive due to the way Dell built the model computer I have. I started using my computer for work in July of 2023 and quickly started running out of C drive.Dory had it fixed for me very quickly. The quality of his work is amazing. I have plenty of of room on my computer now. It is running so much faster. It is much easier and enjoyable to work on now.

Watt Computer RepairAmazing place to get a computer repair with the right guy -- Dory. Here is how and why.I was working on something important for me when my computer fritzed. At first the computer said it needed to re start then It went to a black screen, a black screen with a cursor.... a black screen following the HP logo. I tried running tests, but I am just not that technically savvy. I look up thing after thing to try . . . talk to friends, but it is just beyond me. Panic sets in more and more then I start looking up places near me that do computer repair and see this Watts Computer Repair and some other places. When I read Watts Computer Repair a guy gets mentioned over and over in a positive light . . . Dory. Its the second place I consider, but the other shops reviews werent consistently positive.It takes me over a week to decide because I am overwhelmed, but finally I repeat the search look at his site plus the comments again and decide this is the place for me. I call to figure out where it is and Dory gives me the directions that I need. Thankfully its an area I know pretty well, so off I go.I get there and describe what is going on. Dory, asks if I have some time and after I say yes he carefully opens up the computer and explains what is going on with my lap top . . . why it wont load. Dory took the time to explain things in a way I could understand and my eyes didnt glaze over from hearing bytes and other jargon. He also notices the built in battery is starting to swell and he quotes a price for the work that includes a deal. The amount quoted is not exactly cheap, but it is pretty affordable. Dory, assured me there was no reason to buy a new computer. I had already researched possible replacements and the amount was less than the cost of a new one plus any new lap top I could afford right now would be a downgrade.Getting the battery replaced extended the amount of time it took to get the work done, and I should have added Watt Computer repair to my phone to prevent me thinking it was a spam call. . . I also need to check voicemails more often. Today, I picked up the phone and found out he had left a message telling me my laptop was ready a couple days before.Now, I am using the repaired lap top to write this review. He booted it up, while I was in the shop and it didnt fully register for me how much better it was working. When I got my lap top home and set it up, well, it came to life like it did when it was new.I am so grateful for the caliber of work Dory did and the amount of time he took with me. He was super efficient and patient with me. Plus the cost was what he quoted in the beginning. Having a computer die and not being able to figure out why or how bad it is can be pretty traumatic in this modern age.Finding, Watt Computer Repair . . . meeting Dory and learning that the man matched the reviews was such a great relief. Now, I feel the same way as other reviewers . . . if I need a computer repair done in the future and I am in the area Watt Computer Repair with Dory is the only place I will go. Thank you.

Highly recommend Watt Computer Repair! When I called Dory my computer had no operating system and a failed hard drive, it was unusable. I considered repairing it myself but decided that I would rather go with a professional and support a local business. Dory quickly called me back after I left a voicemail. Dory is very knowledgeable and seemed excited about computers and genuinely enjoying his career. He quickly gave me a price quote and I was able to bring in the computer right away. When I came to pickup the computer Dory turned on the computer, gave me a receipt and handed me my old hard drive. I noticed the attention to detail. The removed hard drive didn’t even have one scratch on it! My computer is working better than new.!
