Terrible customer service with Daniel. He is the manager for the printing. He was very rude and unprofessional especially in front of his new employee. The new employee was helpful but nervous, however Daniel seemed like he was having a bad day and didn’t want to service me for his own personal reasons. If you see him just know you’ll get terrible service ! If you see the photo, it is him turning his back while talking back to a loyal customer. Daniel needs further training and a mental therapist I honestly think he’s hurt and needs some help.

We were in and out of there so fast, it was faster than the 4g on my phone trying to load a page! I needed to buy printer ink but was in a rush since I had groceries in the car. Arthur was super helpful and immediately knew which cartridges I needed. There was another associate at the time who directed us to where it was located when we first wandered around, but I didnt get his name. Anyway, thank you Arthur and team!

Sad how this go-to Office Supply store is taking a nose dive. Empty shelves everywhere and when we asked the cashier if he could look for and or order shredder bags his response was If its not on the shelf we dont have it and wont be getting it. When asked if they carry any other bags the guys says We dont have anymore printer bags and wont be getting anymore. Yes thats right, he said Printer Bags. This is a direct failure on managements part. This guy had no basic retail training and zero product knowledge training. Hes working in a Office Supply store and doesnt have a clue how anything works.

I went to this store today and had a horrible experience. Cashier Julie was being extremely rude. I felt like she was not only being rude but racist as well because she kept ignoring me and just helped the Hispanic patrons. When I brought this to the managers attention, he said his name was Fernando. He had no skills to de-escalate the situation. I really dont think he is the manager or has the qualifications to be the manager. He had no training whatsoever to listen to customers. Kept acting like a know it all and didnt even bother listening to customers. He kept saying that I had no right to feel like how I was feeling. If I felt like I was racially targeted, thats how I felt ! He didnt even bother to listen. He was arrogant, rude and no customer service skills. He said get out of my store and stood by the door. This is to a long-time business customer who has done thousands of dollars of business.But Imagine if there was a trained manager here, instead of this Racist Fernando, who could have simply listened to the customers complaint, apologized, talked to the cashier later on and handled the situation. All of this could have been avoided.

I was greeted when walking into the store. An associate directed me to the area of the store to find the items I needed. As luck would have it, I needed Command Picture Hanging strips, and I found exactly the right sizes on clearance. OD always has what I need. I love shopping with them and always feel valued as a customer. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. P.S. Some stores might be a little short staffed, so be patient.

Office Depot is great for view binders, really useful boxes, portable printers, standard printers /copiers, all colors of paper. Perfect to go to this brick and mortor for office supplies.

While I am a many-years long Office Depot fan, on this visit I was immediately greeted at the door by the very friendly and extremely competent Felicia, who quickly found exactly what I needed -- an item not available online and not common, but in stock at my local store. Felicia gave me information on a good time and who I would see when bringing my PC in for a check up, and said to see her if I have any questions or other needs. She also turned out to be my checker when I paid, and was just as fast, friendly and efficient there. It was a hot (104+), miserable day out there, but her charming smile and friendly demeanor gave me a real boost. I really appreciate it!

The worst office depot I have been to. The so called manager, Fernando is the most rude and racist person I have ever met. According to him, his people ( his own words) are more important and he treats them differently. All the other people have to wait. Not sure, who made him the manger. But clearly employs at this location needs better training.

Never again am I coming to this location. I work for Shipt, I deliver orders from locations to customers. Note: i picked up items the associate who initially helped me was amazing young guy super friendly. I get to the address customer is not there so I’m told to return items back. This is where I let manager Bashir know my situation and from the start no options were given. All he said was we don’t work with them so basically not his problem. I call my company they told me to just leave items in the store and walk out. While I’m doing this, Basir decided that it was ok to come to my car and throw customers paperwork inside my trunk and say that he would let the customer know I abandoned their order. Talk about customer service!!! I have worked in retail and customer service for almost 10 yrs and let me say very unprofessional on his behalf. Customer was notified as well I hope that the next driver has no problems with this manager.
