2020-02-15 06:27:37Branden did my dishwasher installation today . He was an absolute professional and fixed a shoddy installation job from 13 years ago. He went through everything step by step with me, was patient, thorough and honestly provided wonderful service . I’ve never used geek squad before but I was extremely pleased with this experience and will only be calling in Branden for fixes from now on. Thank you Branden!

2021-07-12 22:20:32The geek squad was not that satisfying, it appears to be a bait and switch situation. They sold me a 1 year Tech support membership then decided to send out my laptop without doing a diagnostic analysis. Not only did I just pay them $199 for the membership, but now They want me to pay another $1500 for a diagnostic test on a Dell Inspiron 1500 Laptop that cost about $500. By the way DONT BUY ANY DELL LAPTOPS. THEY SUCK !

2021-05-18 13:31:16The representative was very patient and she worked with me for 1 hour 30 minutes trying to remote into my computer but for some reason it just wouldnt work. I was impressed with her determination to help and I wasnt even charged for their time spent!
